Today was my first time trying FIREHOUSE, I saw one of my FB buddies talking about how good the SUBS ARE & they don’t cheat you I’ve decided to try a CLUB SUB very fulfilling and delicious . I told the guy ( I believe he was the owner or manager ) I told him it was my first time and he was like okay, (with a smile & excitement) he explained the menu to me and went on from there. I appreciate his help with great customer service. I will be back to FIREHOUSE SUBS . This place is clean and no wait time at all. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIREHOUSE !

We found this place while cruising the back roads a couple of weeks ago and decided to return today. Both visits we have gotten the Beef BBQ which has a very tasty bbq sauce and sauteed onions but today I realized that it appears as though they use a chopped up hamburger, not fresh ground beef which was a little disappointing. Today we ordered a chili dog and while the hot dog was a nice size the chili was literally non-existent as you can see in the photo, perhaps a spoonful was added to the middle of the bun. The fries seemed to be fresh and hot but nothing to write home about. I do love their cole slaw, sweet and creamy and only 50 cents per container and the chocolate shake we got today was also very good. One other thing, not sure if the pup cups are free or if there is a charge for them because the receipt I was given both times was just for the credit card and was not itemized but they only put a very small amount of ice cream in the cup, next time we will just pay for a kids cup for our golden puppy. Staff is friendly, their prices are good and there is lots of parking but this place seems to always be busy and the line can get pretty long (especially for the ice cream side) so be patient.

So, it’s not bad but it’s not great either. I have issues a lot at this location that range from extremely long lines, to extremely rude employees. I’m not sure why they want to be rude to the customer. On that note not everyone is rude, and the food is very very tasty. I love the turkey and cheese with lettuce and honey mustard onion.

Really pleasant experience at this Firehouse, we were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes, and were treated really nicely. The restaurant was very clean and the food was delicious and well presented. We had the cheesesteak sub and the hook and ladder, both of which were really good. Would recommend!

I’ve heard about these subs and decided to try one. I wasn’t really impressed. The sub was dry although I asked for extra mayo. I didn’t see that the bread could be specially toasted until after I ordered and wasn’t offered that option.

I ordered the hook & ladder medium sub. Had great taste. The problem was I couldn’t find the meat. Half of the sub had very little meat and the other half next to no meat a lot of shredded lettuce and onions. Will not go there anymore.

Just waited at least ten minutes to order my food, then another 38 MINUTES after paying for my order to get the two sandwiches that I ordered. RIDICULOUS! When I mentioned how long I had waited when being handed my food I got a “sorry” and a shrug. Most likely won’t ever be returning to this location, employees have a “I couldn’t care less about you or my job” attitude. Very disappointed. Food was good, service was absolutely horrible.
