Ordered online 10 minutes before arriving. Told them at the drive thru window that we had placed an order.. waited 7-8 minutes for the car in front to get their food. When we got to the window she asked us what we ordered. She said, I don’t have your order. I showed her the app. She said, pull up it will be 10 more minutes!!!! What?? And it was.. 2 cars ordered at the drive thru and got their food before ours was ready.. at the top of the photo you can see what time it was and then how long we had been there..

Food was fine, nothing super special, not the best firehouse subs sandwich i have had. Employees were not super friendly but did their job well and were kind. The facility was not super clean, the bathroom was kind of gross and one man was holding the cheese for my sandwhich while assisting the man taking my order- he used the same gloved hand to hold the cheese and touch the screen. I saw a man in the back cutting meat with only one glove on, then left the meat there to run to the bathroom and went back to his job. I got a build your own sub with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Overpriced for a sub and even more overpriced to add on chips and a drink

The food and the atmosphere were as expected. The service was the worst I ever had at a firehouse and the worst I had anywhere in a long time. Long wait times for I don’t know what, there were multiple staff and just our party there. They got my order wrong. They started cleaning right next to where we were eating. The floor was so sticky I only wanted to stand on the rug in front of the soda machine. There were many other places that definitely needed cleaning besides right beside where we were eating. They definitely need to do better.

The ladies working today 9/15 are so nice!!! Whenever my husband and I travel we try to find a firehouse for lunch and split a large sub, I’m always eating off a napkin. They didn’t even ask they split our sub and gave us each a pickle, it’s the little things that make a big difference.
