Food was fine, nothing super special, not the best firehouse subs sandwich i have had. Employees were not super friendly but did their job well and were kind. The facility was not super clean, the bathroom was kind of gross and one man was holding the cheese for my sandwhich while assisting the man taking my order- he used the same gloved hand to hold the cheese and touch the screen. I saw a man in the back cutting meat with only one glove on, then left the meat there to run to the bathroom and went back to his job. I got a build your own sub with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Overpriced for a sub and even more overpriced to add on chips and a drink

I walked in and ordered a sandwich to take to work with me for dinner. The sandwich was really good but it took almost 20 minutes for my food to get ready. I thought that was a bit long considering I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. I know they have online orders and a drive thru but that shouldn’t have been a big factor.

I tried to go by after work and order food for my husband and myself, for me I ordered a plain sandwich with just meat and cheese and a drink. The wait times here are always very long even when they don’t have anyone inside, and the speaker desperately needs to be fixed. It is constantly squealing and I had to repeat each part of my order 3 times. When I paid though the receipt did have my order on it perfectly correct. So I wasn’t worried. When I got My drink it wasn’t even close to what I ordered, but they did fix it before I left. I thought the sandwich was okay until I tried to bite into it and find that it’s got mayonnaise on it. And not a little, it was absolutely slathered onto the top and bottom of the sandwich to the point that I can’t eat any part of it.

My wife and I tried Firehouse for the first time today and I’ve honestly been sleeping on Firehouse Subs! I had the Italian, my wife had Chicken, add bacon with ranch. I’m full! The food was delicious!! Will definitely attend again!!!

It was okay. The girl taking our order was too busy arguing with the manager over cleaning styles and whatnot. I asked twice about putting my number in for my points and she said put it in, but the screen was never set by her to do that. I had to email corporate to get my points.
