We have been going to different Firehouse’s over the years and the food has always tasted very good. This one was the first one we have seen where they drain the meat of moisture after it comes out of the warmer. It just took a worker 11min to get out 2 identical sandwhiches. Having new employees make sandwiches before they are ready is a system problem. Although if OJT learnimg is not compatible for a training worker they are hurting the system while learning. Food and TIME are both factors for an enjoyable experience

Long wait in the drive thru for just a sandwich, wasn’t a long line either. Also wasn’t told the Mac and cheese was an up charge. Guy named off all the sides for me but never said any of them were up charges. He named Mac and cheese second so I figured I’d try it since it was the same price as chips. Was not worth the price. Just reheated in a thermalizer or microwave. If I’m going to put Mac and cheese on the menu i would make it slapping good. Food was alright. Didn’t finish the sandwich nor the side. Hard to convince myself to spend $20 on a sandwich combo and not finish it.

The food is great, the only negative is how long it takes in line for the single cashier to process each order. If you go during the lunch hour don’t be surprised if you have to wait 15 minutes to give them your order. I would recommend using the app and ordering ahead. You can choose dine in as one of the options.
Other than that one drawback, everything else is great, the food, the service, the attention to order details. Give it a try.
