While Firehouse Subs has a great sandwich.
This particular location is in constant struggle.
This is not the first time we have been to this location and saw such a shell of a restaurant- out of product, in disarray & dirty.
We are amazed they can stay open with such a lack of product.
Today, they are OUT of SOUP, CHILI, PICKLES, STEAK, BRISKET, CHICKEN, MEATBALLS, SODA, TEA and ONLY ONE MILK LEFT ON DISPLAY, CONDIMENT PACKETS ( no mayo or mustard packets)
The Chip rack is not flush with the product.
They only had two brownies on display and no cookies.
A window has a large crack…
The tables are ALL dirty….
The restroom is nasty!!
They have taped white paper over all the items on the menu board that you can’t order.
The big coke machine has ONLY TWO SODA OPTIONS, even though it’s supposed to have 100 OPTIONS.
This is not the first time we have patronized this location.
The last time we came to this Woodbury location, they were out of lots of product then also.
It appears this location struggles greatly….
Obviously, owner’s don’t care how FireHouse Subs is represented.
I would suggest visiting other locations over this one.

Mike greeted us as we entered the establishment and remembered our order from last time we visited was amazing. One of our favorite places to eat. It felt good and honored that he remembered us. He was always friendly and polite each time. Great customer service goes along way. Great job Mike you Rock !!!!!!!! The food is always fresh and hot. The chili is my favorite. Cold days stop in and warm up with a bowl you won’t regret it.

I can’t believe this place isn’t more popular. You can do a garlic bread option, you get a toasted sub in an actual container, not flimsy wrapping. I highly recommend this place for your next sandwich.

Placed a delivery lunch order. The club on the sub because, bacon! I get my sandwich, no bacon , call back to ask if they ran out of bacon. Tell me I ordered the hook and hadder not the club on the sub, have 2 co workers that heard my and I know my stomach. Mary provided really disappointing service. Also hardly any meat or mayo.
Mike, really hard to believe I was on speaker phone in that loud environment. I ordered the club on a sub. I know what I was hungry for. I respect you defending your employees, but I never ever heard or a business taking orders on speakerphone during lunch rush. I am calling b.s. on that. Good luck with your business.

Firehouse is awesome and has wonderful meatball sandwiches. If you have children, this place is a saving grace in a pinch. We order online or call ahead and then stop in for pickup and it’s super smooth and quick. I also recommend taking advantage of their rewards as you’ll get free sandwiches every so often!

Order online only! I went in to order for the first time since the pandemic began. It took them 30 minutes to fulfill a TWO sandwich order. I understand sometimes you get behind, etc. I just can’t believe how slow they are. Food is decent but not worth the 30 minute in store wait versus 10-15 if you order online. Not a big deal: but I didn’t even get the pickle that comes with the order :/

Every experience I’ve ever had at Firehouse Subs has been outstanding. The employees are quick to serve the customers and make delicious sandwiches! Dining in or taking out has always been a positive experience at this location. Keep up the good work.

Having never been to this chain before I came looking for a quick sandwich to go that was different from the norm and was delightfully surprised at the quality of my visit compared to the expectations I have for comparable fast food sandwich shops. Walking in, I found the menu is organized, easy to read, and the food all looked really good for the price point (which is comparable to chains that have lower quality food and service). The establishment was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. I interacted with three different staff members and each was happy to interact with me and discuss the products available. After purchasing my sandwich I was excited to noticed that they have a huge variety of free hot sauces and a house barbecue sauce you can try. My sandwich was great. The ingredients were plentiful (including the meat) and I was full with just 6” of a 12” of a combo. $10 for a good 12” sandwich, a drink and chips. I’ll be back if I can.
