Let me first start out by saying this. I typically do not review Chain or Franchise locations in most situations. I do make an exception when I come across a unique experience or taste some unique meal.
So, With that being said, I decided to stop into a Firehouse Sub because I was craving a Sub for some strange reason. I stopped into this location at (2624 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL 34994) Because Paradise Carwash is also in the same Plaza. So I decided to order their French Dip Sub. This comes with a Au Jus and and a really thick amount of roast beef on this Sandwich, (See PICTURE). I found it interesting that at these firehouse locations the acknowledge everyone that comes in the door. Which I find refreshing that your being acknowledged. The sub comes hot unless you order it otherwise and the Au Jus is piping hot so be careful. Service was awesome quick and easy……Now Not every location may you get the same experience so just be aware. I would Highly Recommend this location for you all to stop by and get your Subs here….

I am updating my review from 2 years ago. This is still an amazing place to eat, and the most recent staff are extremely pleasant! It’s still a bit more pricey in comparison, but it is definitely worth it. The newest Captain’s Club is extremely tasty.
