One of the employees I interacted with was helpful and well educated regarding the menu.
The staff preparing the food poorly assembled my sandwich as they just threw everything on top, inaccurate ingredients, and I could have done with the huge thumb hole on the side of my roll.
Overall, the food was average. Not horrible but also not great.

I came in yesterday for an early dinner, the food wasn’t bad, but the atmosphere was horrible. From what I witnessed, the manager Brad was going off on an employee in the front of the store. I feel horrible for that employee, the exchange seemed unnecessary and embarrassing. I find it very unprofessional to reprimand someone in that manner in front of guests, and I know its not technically my business as to what they were discussing, but it became my business when it disrupted my dinner, and from what the entire store over heard it was an over reaction. I would leave zero stars if I could. This place should really look into how their employees are being treated by management.

I haven’t had a sub sandwich at a sub shop in about 6 years (gluten free) and walked in fully prepared to order a salad. They were advertising their gluten free buns (Schar brand) on the door and I was so excited! Obviously they cannot guarantee no cross contamination, but I was seriously so excited! The subs were tasty and the service was great.

First time having Firehouse subs. Fresh ingredients, bread is perfect. Only complaint sub was swimming in mayo! but good mayo, next time Ill filter for half portion. Soooo good , great value and freshest bread and meat out there.

The one thing I beg for that we used to be able to do in the old app is re-order your favorites. Either I am completely oblivious to how to do that or it’s not possible anymore. I can view recent orders but there is no place that allows me. Hopefully someone will hear this and fix that or show me how to do it.

So this is the Hawaiian coleslaw pork sandwich. Very sad looking sandwich with little to no coleslaw at all. The service was great. The people were very nice, but this was not worth the money.
