Great subs and great variety. Thanks for bringing back the hot sauces. The little packets are a great idea. I like they post the calories for each size of the different subs, very helpful to me. Thanks for taking care of the first responders and us military people. UPDATE: still doing a nice job. I’m waiting on the next sandwich special or a new sub roll.

This place will be closed soon unless they make some changes. I would have talked with a manager… except there were no managers on staff. There were two guys working, only one of which was doing anything. There were 5 customers waiting on their sub when I walked in. I waited 20 minutes, and all 5 of the others were still waiting as well. I asked for a refund as my sub hadn’t even been started yet. They couldn’t figure out how to refund me, and they couldn’t get ahold of a manager to help them. I ended up leaving with no food and no refund. Big changes needed. Always great subs, but the management and training needs to be changed. Won’t be going back until they get it together.

My worst Firehouse experience came today. The staff weren’t impolite or rude, just very slow. We ordered at 11:59 A.M. and didn’t have our sandwiches until 12:55 P.M. I was so confused because even at busy locations I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a sandwich and it wasn’t that busy when we came in. Sandwiches tasted good but were cold and never got toasted. I’m not going to degrade the staff for the lack of speed, but I just cannot justify waiting nearly an hour for a sandwich. I will not be going to back to this location.

Been here a quite a few times the last few years. But the 4 times this year have all been subpar. The manager there is not friendly at all. She belittles the staff in front of people & isn’t good at keeping the place stocked properly. There were hardly any of the hot sauces on the other trip. This time there wasn’t any cups for the hot sauce. She was doing inventory at lunch instead of helping the poor staff that were way understaffed. She’d rather do the inventory of the pop machine so no one could use it. I love the sandwiches, but the manager needs some extra training.

Enjoyable food and quick service considering they are currently really short on staff. My sandwich was hot as it should be and arrived looking like the display picture. Restaurant is always clean and bathrooms are above average. I enjoy eating here and will be back.

The prices are okay. The food is great though, especially if you like the meat to bread ratio to favor the meat. My one criticism of this place is subjective, bit sometimes they go pretty light on the sauce, which leaves the sub a little dry. The cherry limeade is the best though! My favorite part about the restaurant though is the firehouse theme. The option to round up to the next dollar for charity is a low pressure, inexpensive way to promote donation.

This place has true potential, food is great. Staff is very slow, one kid watched his co workers work while he sat there with a blank look on his face. Not sure if he was training or what was going on up there. Waited 30 min for two small subs with a very small line.
