The “Thanksgiving Sub’ was fantastic. I hope they don’t remove it from the menu.
This sub was absolutely delicious and was perfect, given the fact I had to work, on my Thanksgiving Day(10.13.25).
Lots of real turkey and delicious stuffing with cranberry sauce, all on a very fresh sub bun.
I very highly recommend.

I love the taste of the sandwiches and have enjoyed them. But my last two purchases were not good. I bought lunch for seven people. The bread was not as fresh and the meat was very skimpy And the next purchase was a large club. And again the bread was not fresh and the meat did not cover the size of the bread. I will try another location and see if the service is better

Man, Firehouse has gone downhill a lot since the last time I’ve been there. 5 people behind the counter, 1 making subs, 1 at the register, and the rest just hanging out. All 5 contributed to the conversation they were having. Felt like an eternity before our food was ready. Definitely longer than a normal wait, but could have went faster if the others actually helped. Got the steak and cheese with the new fries w/ hero sauce. Sub was 80% bread, 20% ingredients. Felt robbed just from the portion size, but then it was barely warm, so that twisted the knife a bit more. Reg fries took up a whole basket by themselves, and all I got for the sauce was this tiny little container barely enough for 3-4 fries. Was told it would be extra for more mayo, I mean… Hero sauce. Literally just mayo in a tiny container. I’m not against mayo and fries, but again, the portion was insulting to the amount of fries I got. Guess Firehouse is more about the profits than quality these days, which is sad because it started out being more focused on quality and supporting firefighters.

This was my first time trying this location. And I’m gonna say it was a very good experience. The food was good, the customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and nice. I ordered from the app once inside the store, and I still only had a 15-minute wait. I restrooms were clean. They also have outdoor seating.

The presentation of my sandwich left something, anything to be desired, that being said it was delicious, fast, and a great value for the cost. The restaurant was very clean all the tables were wiped and the chairs pushed up. And all of the staff was super friendly and courteous. Our food was ready by the time we made our drink selections and chose a table.

Place has gone to crap. Wife ordered an Italian with no tomato. This is what we got instead. Just meat slathered with mayo and cheese. No other produce. No seasoning. Workers also tried to tell me they were out of au jus sauce when they weren’t. Workers then snickered at me. Sent in a complaint and haven’t even gotten a response.

Online order I show up and wait at counter like normal for my sandwich after Sitting here watching 5 people stand around doing nothing after 10 min no one says anything to me I ask about my order and they said there system is not showing online orders. I ask why no one said anything when I came in and the lady told me I didn’t tell them I needed a sandwich. But why else would I be at a sandwhich shop. She then pulled out her phone and continued to text the entire time with her gloves on. Several individuals took phone calls while wearing gloves and making sandwiches and prepping food. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Idk who owns this place but they need to get a few secret shoppers to come through or health inspections need to happen

Sandwich was made very well and to my specifications with the exception my bread was not toasted. I would like to suggest for the food preparers to wear masks. One preparer coughed in her elbow but it was still over the food which is not sanitary.

I had a small Italian sandwich–delish.

Ham makes me sick. See receipt, asked for ham, yet it was added to sandwich. I had no jalapeños, no bell pepper, no black olives.

Please ensure the online order preparer knows how to read—reading is fundamental.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in here. I came in and waited over 20 minutes because the person in front of me was complaining about her order. Because she couldn’t get it for free, they sat there and told her it was an online only free promotion and she still wouldn’t listen. She held up the line and we ended up walking out very disappointed and won’t be back because there was people standing around that worked there that could easily get on the other register to get the people in line that we’re waiting. Just because she was wanting something for nothing beyond Ridiculous.
