I’ve had a few subpar experiences at this Firehouse location but this recent experiences may be my last. I ordered a hot steak & cheese sandwich at 1:13pm for pick up at 2:05 PM. I arrived @1:50pm and planned to ask if they could make it early. To my surprise, the sandwich was already prepared sitting on a shelf. When I got to my car, I noticed the sandwich had already cooled down, so it must’ve been prepared and sitting for awhile. Additionally there was barbecue sauce on the half sandwich! It appeared like the employee made a mistake adding BBQ but instead of replacing the bread, just continued on with the preparation. I provided this feedback to Firehouse in a survey within a few days, and received an apology from corporate customer service within a few days but I was never contacted by restaurant management. I even followed up again with corporate care but still never received a response from the restaurant. I can’t recommend a restaurant that shows that lack of concern for their quality of food and customer experience, especially at these prices.

The staff is really nice. Me and my friends come here for lunch a lot and it’s never failed to please us. My favorite sandwich is the spicy Cajun chicken and I always get the garlic bread on the side it’s absolutely delicious. Best sub place ever.!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I have to say, I had the most exceptional guest experience today at this firehouse subs location. The beautiful, young, blonde girl was just such an angel. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to get and she took the time to help me decide and gave wonderful recommendations to try something new that I have yet to experience here. She recommended the new French dip sub, and let me just say BEST. SUB. EVER. she even made it for me herself, she either has magic hands or is a pro chef, but THAT GIRL needs a raise! I’m not sure if she runs this place, but it sure seems like it. Ever since I came in for lunch I just couldn’t stop thinking about it. I swear that girl is the reason I will now be a weekly (if not daily) regular customer at this specific location. I just want to say thank you to her for making my day brighter with her beautiful smile and wonderful service. Give that girl a RAISE!!!

I wish I would have taken a picture. The cheesesteak was dismal. They plopped the microwaved meat on part of the roll, not all. I had to rearrange. So little meat it was like a thin brown line when you looked at it feom the cut. I ended up eating a bunch of bread with a dull provolone cheese. Not sure what happened to this chain. Used to be premium, now its just a rip off. Yay corporate profits! Go to your local harris teeter or Publix for a decent sub.

Love Firehouse Subs and this location is great. I go there 2-3 times a month. My only complaint is it’s a 50/50 chance that the Dr Pepper is out. The last 2 of 3 visits it was out. Is it that hard to keep an extra cartridge on hand? This actually makes me contemplate whether to do to lunch there or somewhere else.

My son loves sub from firehouse specially meatball sub is his favourite. Spicy Cajun is great as well. Just hope that they start gluten free sub for small size too. Staff is polite. That’s small Italian sub in pic.

The sandwiches are packed with fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and generous portions of meats and toppings. I especially love their signature hot subs—every bite is flavorful and satisfying.
The restaurant is always clean, and I appreciate how quickly the food is prepared without compromising quality. Plus, knowing that they support first responders makes me feel even better about eating here. Great food, great service, and a great cause—Firehouse Subs never disappoints!

Pickup wasn’t ready until 6:10
Nothing special, not sure it’s worth the money- ordered an ‘engineer’ supposed to have mushrooms and such – there were like 3 half or quarter slices.
As you can see in the pictures at just about $8 per sub – to me doesn’t seem worth it.
