Firehouse Subs never disappoints. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Went into this establishment for the first time ever today. I order a small combo the girl at the front even described the size of the sandwich I was ordering to me I told her ok. But when I got my receipt she had charged me for the next size up. I asked if I ordered the small or the medium she tells her general manager that she charged for the wrong size sandwich and asked if she could get her card to fix it. The general manager says really hateful she has already put it in I said well that is not what I ordered she said well I’m just telling you that I have already put it in . I said well I’m just telling you that is not what I ordered and asked if she was always that rude as the general manager and her reply was yes I am. I requested a refund on my entire order and will never be back. The manager stopped off to the back of the store after I asked her for her district manager number or someone I could complain about her attitude too. I’m unsure what she is going through but she just lost a customer and I hope her crew doesn’t happen to deal with that everyday .

The new fries left much to be desired even my toddler didn’t like them so we didn’t finish it but the hero sauce was good . It didn’t help they weren’t salted but they do provide salt packets.

I can’t say anything negative about Firehouse subs. I’ve had two different subs and both subs were GREAT. They also have gluten free bread and that is so tasty and helps my belly not be in pain or bloat. We will be coming back.
