Forget Firehouse Subs!! I ordered using the app on Christmas eve. By the time the order went thru I was notified that the store was closed and my order would be ready December 26. I had no way to cancel my order and my card was charged.
I had to work on the 26th and notified Firehouse subs about the error on my break. I was told that my order had been prepared at 10 am so l0no refund. I asked for my order to be remade once I was able to pick it up after work at 4 pm. Because the order would have been sitting on the counter for over 6 hours by the time I would be able to pick it up, I asked if my order could be remade once I was able to get to Firehouse Subs. I was advise that the order could not be remade unless I paid for a 2nd order and submit a refund on the app. I asked if they could possibly help me with the refund on the app i was advised that they arent train on using the app. I believe that with good customer service that it would be nice to have help. I was advised i could voice my complaint to the Corporate office. I called Corporate office after work, but they were closed.
I still didn’t have my order, but Firehouse Subs has my money and doesn’t feel the need to correct this issue. I work hard for my money and will NEVER throw away by eating at Firehouse Subs. I actually feel dumber after speaking with 2 ”Managers’ from this place.

Someone needs to give TREY a raise. That’s the most well mannered, polite, helpful employee Ive encountered in a long time! He helped me figure out how we could make my daughter a meatball sub with the gluten free bread and took the extra effort to help make it where it wasn’t cross contaminated. He went out of his way. It turned out great. Thank you!

The meatball pizza sub is so delicious. We had great service and good at the Soddy Daisy TN location. Haley who waited on us was so personable and super fast. The kitchen staff was also very kind and provided great service. The restaurant was very clean too.

We were greeted immediately after walking in the door. The woman that took our order was very friendly. The food came out quickly and was fantastic, with lots of meat on it. She came out to ask how our sub was. The place was very clean and this same woman was cleaning most of the time we were there, up on a ladder. The bathrooms were very clean and pleasant smelling. This was our first time at this location and can’t say enough good things about it!! Wish I would have gotten the women’s name. We were there about noon today.

This location could go visit Red Bank for proper training. The staff was confused and not friendly. Our order was wrong after a lengthy conversation was needed to order initially. We had to return and reexplain what was ordered, which ordinarily is not a problem.

Asked if we wanted pickles, both of us said yes, we want extra pickles. They gave us none. Took forever to make our sandwiches, I understand it’s a fresh location, but giving I am a long time firehouse fanatic, and the only pickles I’ll eat is firehouse, because they are so good especially paired with a bite of a hook and ladder….I’m very disappointed in my first visit to this location. We also suspect they gave my girlfriend a small instead of medium, she also asked for a jerk turkey, sub the turkey with ham….they gave her turkey.

Absolutely the slowest food establishment in this area. Over 30mins to make 2 subs. My wife had time to go to taco bell across the rd and get the kids’ order and be back before our food was ready. She left at 25mins mark. When there are only 2 orders ahead of you, there’s absolutely no excuse for this time frame. 4 sandwiches takes over 35+ minutes. Ridiculous. Do better FireHouse.

We always pick up our orders, but it still is a great atmosphere, service, and almost always the order is right. If you call them, bring receipts they will make it right. So for that reason I will deduct a point. But great tasting food.
