Ordered the limited edition french dip thru doordash.
Au Jus leaked all in the bag, meat was grizzly. The meat didn’t even cover the whole roll. Very disappointed for $18 for the large sandwich.
Flavor was good but I’ve had much better sandwiches here and I most definitely have had better french dips pretty much everywhere I’ve had them.

The ordering process was straightforward. The sandwich was very good for the first half. The second half the bottom bun was all wet and tore apart. There must have been alot of water in the lettuce etc.
The restaurant and restrooms were clean and stocked. The Diet coke must have been almost out of syrup, as it was very carbonated and not much soda flavor.
They were doing a pretty steady business of some eat-in and quite a bit of takeout while we were there.
Really liked the taste and quality of the sandwich, just wish it had held together better…and we were eating in. Also really appreciate their support of First Responders!!!

I placed an online order for pickup, but my food was not ready at the scheduled time. Despite five employees being on shift, there was zero sense of urgency. When my order was finally brought out, I checked my sandwich for accuracy (as it is almost always made incorrectly) and, unfortunately, my suspicion was correct. The sandwich was missing lettuce and onion. When I brought this up, the employee handed me a bowl of lettuce and four onion slices, as if I should assemble it myself. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I wouldn’t have ordered from here.
Additionally, when I asked for an extra pickle, I was given a single, tiny slice. The second sandwich I ordered was also thrown together carelessly and presented in a very messy way. Overall, extremely disappointing experience.

I had never eaten at this place before, or even gone inside a Firehouse Subs before. It is honestly the best sub that I have ever had. Service was amazing, I was in and out within 10 minutes. My son wanted a sub, his first comment as we were walking to the door was how clean the store is, and he was amazed at how good everything was as well. He said its his new place to eat now. Updates, it still an amazing place to eat, the staff there is great, but you have to keep in mind that the meats are weighed out, are steamed, the bread toasted, then the condiments are added to it, so it’s not fast food like McDonalds, and places like that. The Kiosks take some getting used to that were installed two months ago, but once you get used to them, they are quite efficient with keep the customers flowing.

I ordered pickup and I love firehouse. My only issue is the the lettuce, tomato and onion were placed on the bottom of the sandwich so when I tried to pick it up to eat the bread was stuck to the paper and so I didn’t hav3 bread for the bottom

The subs taste great and the place was clean and nice to dine in. However, shrinkflation has hit this place hard as the subs are now about 25-30% smaller compared to just a few years ago. Plus, the prices have gone up. This is sad because i used to really like going here. Not really worth it anymore.

I’ve been to it at least a dozen different fire houses of the past year or so and by far these were the most miserable employees I’ve dealt with. Please either train them to be friendly or get them out of Customer Service immediately. For goodness sakes, don’t be wearing AirPods while working with customers. I can’t believe I even have to say that.
