Ordered in-store for carry out. Took 40 minutes to get our food. When we got to the car we realized they didn’t give us our sides. Had to go back in and ask for them. When we informed the cashier we didn’t receive our sides her response was “I wish you would have said something sooner.” Would not recommend going to this location. Dayton area locations are far quicker and friendlier.

My first time here, I wanted to try their submarines out. The turkey sub that I received was great, the smokehouse brisket was even better. The bun was extraordinary. This ranks up high with some of the best sandwiches that I have had. The chocolate chip cookies were also one of the very best that I have tasted. I would have liked to have seen a sub with a pasta sauce. As far as the interior of the diner, it was clean and looked great with some tasteful firehouse memorabilia.

Very frustrated with the service! I ordered at 12:01pm. Many people arrived in after me received multiple subs and left. When I asked they stated “Sorry, we are working on it. The owner isn’t here right now”. I showed my receipt to show I ordered at 12:01pm it was now 12:18pm. An older lady stopped to tell me she was sorry she got her food before me because she knows she ordered take out way after me. Another gentleman stopped to tell me I have more patience than he would have. I asked again and was told “Sorry, we are trying to catch up” as more people after me walked out the door. I literally got in my car and pulled away at 12:32pm. When I arrived back at work and opened my sandwich I realized the quality was terrible for what I paid. It’s very disappointing. I am not sure if I will return especially at lunch. I am not sure what is happening with this location but it was very poor customer service for sure today!

This is my first time ordering from this location.
I purchased a Club Sub and while I certainly made modifications to it, the workers absolutely ruined the sub themselves. I just wanted the meats (Turkey, Ham, and BACON!) With Mayo and Provolone. I did add extra Mayo because I often find there’s not enough.
Here’s the problem – there was absolutely no bacon whatsoever, and the sub was smothered in so much Mayo that it took several napkins to remove the excess and made an absolute mess. It was more Mayo than sandwich. I like extra Mayo but this was ridiculous.
I hope that next time I order, the sub is made correctly so I can actually enjoy it.

Service was efficient yet it was pretty slow at the time I went in. The cashier was pleasant and kind. She gave great service and asked questions to make sure I ordered any extra toppings. She had a bull nose piercing that I thought was cool. Some guy named Tony made my food and did amazing job. he made sure he I knew which subs were separate and put my meat on the side as it needed for my sandwich. He went above and beyond to make my day blessed! Great job Sidney firehouse
