Everything about the experience was amazing. The sandwich was delicious. The customer service was excellent. Everyone there has great customer service and worked together to get sandwiches out fast and perfect. I must shout out Gloria. She personally made sure I had the best experience. You must try the Triple Stack. That Carolina Gold barbeque sauce is good.

The service was amazing. Everyone smiles! It was clean. I am so glad I chose medium instead of small on the sandwich on because it WAS THE BEST STEAK AND CHEESE I EVER HAD! So much flavor!! So juicy it was dripping down my chin!!

I came in two days ago and ordered a sub and got bread with a little neat. I don’t know if they weigh the meat or not but it had one layer of thin roast Jeff and spoon of onions and that’s east it. The bread was big. Very disappointing. We’re from Dallas and ate at your restaurant for years. The Shreveport Youree location is not what we’re used to. I’ll try Mansfield Rd location and see what they serve…..

Picked up a small catering order. The girl running the register was kind. She asked another chick to grab my order and the service went downhill from there. She needs to find a job where doesn’t work with people if she’s going to refuse to acknowledge or speak to customers. And that’s after throwing my order on a counter and just walking off. I didn’t even get a chance to offend her.

Ordered online. Specified exactly what we wanted. Total 49 dollars for 3 medium sandwiches, drinks and chips. Ordered extra onions on mine…no onions, no lettuce or tomato when I got my order. They messed up one other sandwich too. Too much money for what we got and they didn’t follow directions.

What a huge disappointment I come here 4 to 5 times a month they completely forgot our order even though there is only three people in the restaurant they really didn’t seem to care when we brought their attention that we had been waiting 37 minutes for our order we were told hey will we make it hell they hadn’t made it the first time do not come to this place in the evening it’s great for lunch but this is terrible

These people are awesome,this is my first time here,but definitely won’t be my last!! Yes they are pricey but well worth it! Had trouble at first with my online order,but got it all straightened out! Again they are awesome and the store was very clean,which is a plus for me!
