I come here… probably entirely too often. The points system is awesome, it’s easy to earn rewards. Very easy to order in person or in the app. Store is always clean and stocked, and food has always always been great!
Now for the shoutouts- I do not know all of the names of every awesome person there. There are quite a few! However. The nights manager Kai is one of the best managers I’ve seen. Always an upbeat let’s get it done attitude, a smile for everyone who walks in, and she makes sure it runs smoother than hot molasses. Eli has been awesome since he started there as well. Thoughtful, always friendly, on top of things, and a dedicated worker. I have SO MUCH appreciation for this staff. They are amazing and my heroes as a lot of days I just don’t have it in me to cook anything and they still ensure I get a great meal! Many thanks and many, many visits to come!!

The manager here has some serious issues going on with herself. She has called Paulding county police on me and my boyfriend for sitting our car next to the firehouse sub parking lot of where she is employed at. I have no idea why this manger at the firehouse sub is calling the police on us. We were just sitting in our car minding our business during the hours of operation and being a customer at the gas station next to the firehouse sub. Not only did she call them once but the very next day we went back to the gas station as customers and the manager called the police again on us for absolutely nothing. The police said they got a call stating we had been in the parking lot too long and I guess they have a duty to respond to the call and check out the situation. We had to leave the establishment that we were at as customers because we were there too long. I don’t understand how that’s enough grounds for the police to come up to you and question of why you are sitting in a parking lot for too long but apparently they can. This manger needs some serious help mentally and needs to mind her own business. I can’t say anything about the food at this establishment because I wasn’t a customer just a customer next to them but I will tell you that a person who sets her day out and takes the time out of their day to call the police for no reasonin hopes for them to be arrested and inquire with bondsman fees and additional court and attorney fees later down the road is severely sick in the head and needs help. I can only imagine the food is more than likely disgusting because of the disgusting manager who helps prepare and makes the food they serve. You make food with love not hate. When you love yourself and treat others with respect than there is no room for hate. This manager needs to take some time out from working and concetrate on helping herself out and why she is mad at others who have done absolutely nothing to her. I hope she gets some help very son. I would never ever eat at that firehouse sub nor any other firehouse even if it was given to me for fre. I rather starve to death than eat the food at firehouse sub because I would be fearful that she the manager would put poison in my food. Stay far far away from the firehouse sub on Dallas Acworth hwy. It’s not safe for you or your family.
