To be fair, my expectations were high because they had converted the former Ruby Tuesday’s, and I was expecting it to be more restaurant style than deli style. My Firehouse Sub was delicious. Be careful to ask for light spreads if you don’t like it slippery. The fries were great. Price was a bit high for me but comparable to burger joints.

So this was my first time at Fire house sub. My sub was really good. My wife ordered a steak sub and ordered it with the garlic toast option and light mayo as she dont really like it. The sub came no garlic so they remade it and when they brought it back it was loaded with mayo. She got as much as she could off as she didn’t want to send it back again. She ate part if it and just couldn’t do it as it was just too much mayo. I like mayo and it was too much for me even. So the reason it was the first visit and the last visit is because in no world can I justify spending 50 dollars on 2 sub sandwich, 2 bags of chips, and 2 medium drink. I dont care how good the sub was I will never be back. I can go to Olive garden and get two shrimp and chicken pastas, with all I can eat salad or soup, for that, and have a real meal not a lunch. Go next door to Publix and get a great sub for less!

Love the subs, but what is with the lettuce. It has a terrible smell not to mention it doesn’t taste great. I scrapped it off my last sandwich. I worked in a restaurant salad dept. and it taste like old lettuce that has been whitened up. I won’t be back. What happened to fresh lettuce.

I would upload a photo but I already devoured my sub and it was FIREEEE . The app makes it very easy to order, the firehouse place itself definitely gave me a firehouse theme! I love that the app is very informative on how each sub can save lives and support firefighters. Definitely going to get lunch here more often than other places. I am very pleased.

Our first meal from the Sebring restaurant. although we’ve eaten at other locations in NC. Bread and ingredients were fresh and piled high. Our subs were delicious. We will be able to have another meal from our leftovers. Subs were somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for , in my opinion.
