My friend and I tried this place for the first time for lunch today. We were both pleasantly surprised and will certainly be back. We both got club on a sub combos. We got there at 11:00 on a Friday. There was one person ahead of us. By the time we left around noon, all the tables were full, there were multiple people waiting at the window for their orders inside, a long line of people ordering at the counter and traffic backed up for the drive-thru all the way out to Schofield avenue. I love Firehouse, but the consistency here is horrible. They make my order wrong almost every single time I go (I order online). It’s always different, missing something I paid extra for, adding something I asked for none of, etc.

I just don’t get why they can never ever get an order correct EVEN when they repeat the order to you!! It just baffles me! The food is good but this is just nuts it’s the 4th time too that the order was wrong. I’m always very nice to the employee too, maybe it’s time to just go elsewhere…

I heard good reviews about this place and finally tried it. It’s the best sandwich ever. The Cajun chicken and brisket sandwiches were amazing and didn’t taste like processed meat like other places. The side pickle was placed on the outside wrapper in the sandwich container, which was appreciated so it didn’t make my bread soggy. I went through the drive-thru, and the wait time wasn’t bad. The staff was very kind and patient. I highly recommend it!
