My son suggested we stop here. They aren’t in the Northeast so I wanted to try them out. We ordered online for pickup. Plenty of parking outside. There is lots of cool decor and a great atmosphere when you walk in. It looks like they do fund raising for the community and organizations. It’s very clean inside. We walked in a few minutes after we ordered online. We gave our name and were told “Well your order isn’t scheduled to be ready for 20 minutes but I guess I could start it now.” There was nobody else online or waiting for an order so I thought that was an odd thing to say.
The sandwiches were just ok. I got the Italian combo and a Cheesesteak to try. The bread was meh. The cheesesteak was hot and just ok, nothing special. The Italian combo was ok. The portions and taste don’t seem to match their competitors. I’m glad I tried that, however I’m in no rush to go back.

I walked in was greeted by two members of the staff immediately. I waited in line when it came my turn to order the lady smiled at me and says how can I help you which I know may not seem like a lot but trust me today it is. My food was ready they call my name out I got it and they told me to have a nice day. And the restaurant was very clean and well kept.

The staff is nice but this is the most poorly managed restaurant. They are constantly out of items, I’ve been 5-6 times in last two months. Constantly out of cheese and banana peppers. Tonight they’re out of ham cheese chicken and lots of other things. They need some help and accountability.

Being a first responder, we enjoy supporting Firehouse Subs, and the food is fantastic. This location, we stopped for a quick lunch, and the service was seriously sub-par. The food was still good, but it was not busy and the crew still managed to make several mistakes and totally forget a sandwich. Not good. Maybe it was just a bad day. Still love Firehouse tho.

This was my second visit to this location & it did not disappoint. I usually get the same thing every time , but this time I had the Italian .The sub was delicious. I prefer the boars head meats served at Firehouse. The sweet tea wasn’t watered down & sweetened perfectly which is rare!
The wait was longer than usual because they had a large to go order before I came in. I wasn’t really thinking much about it as I was enjoying my Funyuns & the good music. A young lady apologized for the wait & gave me a cookie. Thank you , that was so thoughtful. The first time I was in this store a couple of months ago I noticed how well the staff seemed to work together. It was nice getting the same vibe again today. Everyone who entered was greeted. Nice teamwork at this location on hwy 544 near Target.

Ordered online from Firehouse Subs because they are my favorite sub place, and after picking up the order, I discovered that one of the sandwiches only had two ingredients. I was frustrated, so I returned and asked them to remake the sandwich, and they were more than happy to do so. Lisa and the rest of the team were more than willing to help with our sandwich mishap.
