The food at this establishment is great but the service is absolutely terrible. 2 times now I have came and not gotten greeted or acknowledged. They seem to prioritize to go orders and not the people actually in front of them actually there to eat. Its unfortunate I enjoy the food but I probably won’t be back after this.

The atmosphere and food are great, but the workers at this location made for a really bad experience. 3 people standing behind the counter laughing and talking, and one in the back room on his phone, all ignoring the 4 customers standing right in front of them. Then the cashier had an attitude. Not worth going to again.

Got in to town late and this was the only place open near the hotel we stayed at. Staff was preparing to close but still took our order without hesitation. They were very nice and friendly and the sandwiches were awesome. Thank you again to the staff for your amazing service!

Here’s my review: I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. There were only four people working. The owner, or the manager, should read it and draw their own conclusions. I have no complaints about the staff. The food was disgusting. The small sandwich was less than 3 inches, the bread was completely overcooked. I’m upset because my wife tried your sandwich for the first time and was disappointed.

Sorry to say but by far the worst firehouse we’ve ever been to. Smells like garbage, meat on sandwich was the lowest grade possible, I literally had to take it off the sandwich and just eat bread and vegis. Long wait due to many tourists.

This place was hopping. It appeared as though they stayed pretty busy. We stopped in for a quick lunch as we were looking around and shopping in Cherokee. This is one of the nicest looking Firehouse Subs I’ve seen, and they are quick getting their orders out. The service was friendly and the sandwich was good.
