Melt in your mouth heated to perfection aubmarine sandwhiches. They do have limited substitutions, and they did mess up my husbands first sub by forgetting to add his extra ingredients but overall very friendly front counter staff. We’ve been twice. Once later, at night and once at lunchtime. Both times were rather busy with lunch tome being out the door line croweded. It is a bit more expensive, but they allow their sandwiches to be purchased in three sizes, small medium and large, so they fit any appetite and any budget.

When your 8 year old won’t eat a grilled cheese, you know it’s not good. They forgot to include a cookie with the kids meal. Son’s brisket sub was “ok”. We won’t be repeat customers. Staff was nice though!

I enjoyed a delicious Firestone Hero Sub. I got the medium, and it was enough for dinner. The place is very nice, bright and clean inside and the staff provides the best service with politness and smiles. .

I waited with my 2yr old and 4mth old, which the cashier nicely gave us firefighter hats to play with and wear while waiting.
Our subs were made quickly and very delicious as was the chili.
Their was also a friendly police officer waiting for his meal and we had some Christmas baking with kids type conversations; as my 2yr old girl had food coloring all over her hands still from just baking as well. She was fascinated by his uniform and weapons and I’m sure she loved the firefighter/police officer experience as much as I enjoyed her being so well behaved while waiting the short takeout time to receive our meal.
When we left she even was wondering where he went as I pointed out his police vehicle across the parking lot.
Overall I highly recommend their subs I’ve tried a few and never disappointed by the fresh quality of their food.

This is my first time trying firehouse subs, I ordered the smokey brisket bbq sub and it was amazing!, the bread was fresh and the brisket was juicy. The customer service was great, a Bit of a wait time but that’s to be expected since the restaurant just opened. I really loved the atmosphere and how they are dedicated to helping first responders, I also love how you can donate, or buy a giant empty pickle bucket for $3 to support the cause. All in all I highly recommend this place, and is now my go to sub restaurant!!

I ordered on Uber eats and the app screwed up my order I immediately called the store and the girl who is quite rude said they were already made I call absolute bs and cannot believe the level of service where she was even talking over me that’s 50 bucks for two subs and the order isn’t right. I’m beside myself and hope the manager calls me at some point tomorrow. Horrible service that girls should be spoken to period on rudeness.

We had the steak and cheese and Turkey bacon ranch subs both absolutely were delicious!! Definitely didn’t need double meat. Subway who? Packaging keeps your sub looking like the picture 🙂 annnd it comes with a pickle. For what you actually get, in my opinion, it’s cheaper than subway.
