Delicious food and service at a great price point. Great value and clean restaurant. Warm subs with soft bread. Yummy pickles and the hero sauce, you could dip an old shoe in it and it would be delicious. What a yummy sub shop. Must try for lunch,thank me later

I’ve always liked Firehouse Subs, but my last visit completely changed that. I was there with my sister when the general manager made an inappropriate and uncomfortable comment about her appearance, which was especially concerning given her age. Knowing she was underage made the remark incredibly uncomfortable, and the whole situation felt inappropriate. While ordering, the girl that is named after a Disney character rang up the order wrong and there was a girl with short hair who strongly smelled like bud, which honestly turned me off even more. Pretty sure she was one of the managers. Between the uncomfortable comment toward my sister and the lack of professionalism, the experience was concerning. I like Firehouse, but I won’t be coming back.

Ordered from DoorDash sandwiches were horrible. They felt like they were pieced together and put in the microwave. The bread was chewy. It was warm. It wasn’t toasty at all. Just very bad quality horrible. I had the hook and ladder and New York steamer and they both just tasted chewy bread like it was warmed up in the microwave.

I had the French dip. The Auju was so salty it was inedible. I was looking forward to this sandwich but what a disappointment. The sandwich itself was good but I wanted a French dip not just a roast beef sub.

Slow Service, Flat Drinks, and Just Okay Food
It took forever to get a simple sandwich, and when it finally came out, the quality was pretty average. The drinks were flat, which didn’t help the experience. The place seemed understaffed, and from a service standpoint there wasn’t much attention given to customers. Overall, not up to expectations.

I just had another very disappointing visit. The last visit from a week ago, I ordered the Cuban bbq sub that had hardly any meat! I have a picture below. I just gave them another chance and ordered the hook & ladder. AGAIN… HARDLY ANY MEAT… picture below. Are they trying to copy Chipotle?? If I go back, it will be for the meatball sandwich. They are consistent with those. I used to LOVE this place. The last 2 visits have really skimped on the meat! I’ve attached a photo of what they’re SUPPOSED to look like. Publix gives you 3x the meat, for less!

So ya gotta have a sub. Ok. This is the place. Great ingredients always and made with care. Nice location, but parking lot can be a challenge sometimes. This location has a cool drink machine with a gillion combinations. Employees always great with a smile.

So I went into firehouse for dinner which I do every Friday night and tonight I wasn’t all that hungry so I ordered a medium hook and ladder and when I got home and opened my box up thinking I’m going to enjoy a sub, there is a tiny sub in my box they gave me a small size and charged me for a medium but never gave it to me. Really disappointed in this since I spend the extra money to get the subs because they aren’t cheap and I get half of a half? Come on guys you can do better. Glad I paid for something I didn’t get
