Do you ever go to place so good that you didn’t want to write a review because you didn’t want other people to find it? This is that place for us. We first started to go to Firehouse Subs in Roseville, CA and could not find a comparable one in Colorado Springs. We chalked it up to being closer to where the fresh ingredients were grown.
Then we found this one on Constitution and Markshuffle. We tried it once and it was great. Thought it may be a fluke, so we went a few more times and visited others in the city. It’s not a fluke. I use the kiosk to order because I am visual, but every time, BAM! Out of the park. Our last visit it has dethroned the one we went to in CA for 2 years. We always dine in and appreciate the 2000s rock.

I stopped by Firehouse Subs and had an awesome experience! The staff were super friendly and greeted me right away. The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing. My sub was made fresh and came out hot, you can really taste the quality ingredients. I got the Hook & Ladder and it was loaded with flavor, plus the bread was perfectly toasted. The team worked quickly even though it was busy, and they made sure everything was right with my order. Definitely one of the best sandwich spots around — I’ll be coming back for more.

Went in for the first time and ordered the brisket and cheddar sub and a tuna one as well. Bree took our order and was extremely friendly and helpful we had told her that it was our first time eating at a Firehouse subs and she was very helpful with explaining some of the stuff on the menu. Our subs came out very fast but I had asked for no bbq sauce on my brisket sandwich and it came with bbq sauce on it when I received it. Wasn’t a big deal ate half of the sandwich and Bree came out from behind the counter and asked how our meals where we let her know that they where good but my sandwich had come with the bbq that I didn’t want but I explained to her that it wasn’t bad. She asked if I wanted to give it back and she would make me a new one. I told her it is fine I had already eaten half of my sandwich. She told me that she wanted to make me another one and I could take it with me because she wanted our first time into the restaurant to be a good experience. I told her it wasn’t needed but she insisted that she make us have a good experience. She made us another sandwich and talked with us for a while as well as the other staff in the back made us feel very welcome. I want to personally thank Bree for making our experience at the restaurant a memorable one. Thank you to the staff in the back making the sandwiches as well as the good conversations. Thank you as well to whoever hired all these individuals that work at the restaurant because you have amazing staff. I appreciate all of you and will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Stopped in with my son and it honestly hit the spot. The place was clean, and my sandwich came out quick and fresh. I got the new York steamer and it was loaded just right. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving. Definitely coming back when I’m craving a good sub.

Pretty disappointed that when my order was incorrectly made, wrong sandwich and cooked too long bread was hard, the person took the incorrect one and threw if in the trash. Seems pretty wasteful. The gentleman I spoke to gave me the customer service voice and told me it was policy. I don’t need a free sandwich and didn’t realize they messed my order until I was int he car and checked. However, it certainly could have used better than just throwing it away per company policy.

The GM or “store owner” Tyson was very disrespectful. The customer service was not respectful or understanding all because I got frustrated that I had waited almost 7 days for them to issue a refund that the employees SAID issued the refund. Terrible store. He argued with me and told me that if I don’t stop with my attitude he would refuse to help me get a refund. You are supposed to service the customer not yourself. The disrespect was unreal. My husband ended up having to call for me to get the refund because he pissed me off so bad.

Ordered food online just to show up 25 min later and they didn’t not have it ready. I had appointment and couldn’t wait so I asked for refund . I waited another 10 min with no refund since I had to go. Will never go back to this horrible location and staff . They always take forever to make a simple sandwich

I have never been to a Firehouse Subs before. I got the Italian sub untoasted. I can see why they toast all the subs because the bread is so hard! However the contents of the sub were so tasty it made up for the hard bread. I will definitely come here again. Staff was friendly and the subs were ready super fast!

I’ve been inside for dine in and service was good. Ordered online and got delivered through Uber Eats. Bread on one half of my sandwich was a bit soggy, but it was a delicious sandwich and I definitely will be ordering again.
