I actually ordered through Doordash. Every time I have one of these subs, I asked myself why I’m still eating Subway. I ordered a hook and ladder and it was exquisite! The most yummy tasting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It’s always this way when I order Firehouse subs. I do not know what the sauce is that they put on these, but I’m telling you, it”s a gourmet meal worth having. I absolutely absolutely love these subs!

This place is awful service and orders are never correct. Called to complain about missing items and was told I could come back. I was told pickles were free so it didn’t matter and no dressing on sandwiches was no big deal and missing chips could refunded if I came back. $1.29 refund to use $5.00 gas to go get it. Told I would get call back from manager which never happened. Terrible!!!

8-MONTH UPDATE: I was informed by Google today that over 5,000 people have viewed the photo of the ingredientless Hook and Ladder sandwich I received from Firehouse Subs. Apparently, either Firehouse Subs folks aren’t one of those 5,000+ people or Firehouse Subs is ignoring the abhorrent service provided by one of their sandwich shops, as I haven’t heard a thing from them after they declared things should be made right for me by them (according to their response to my initial review). Either option is quite disturbing.

What a disappointment! I was shocked when I spent $11 for a drink and sandwich to get a small square box which felt empty. What a complete ripoff! It was 4 inches long and didn’t have enough meat for the smallness. I get that times are tough but seriously!
