I order from here about 3 to 5 times a week and they’re great. Always get my order right and fast too! 1 note,more than a few times I receive my order with the chips open, seal broken, or cuts in the packaging. Not a big deal, just maybe a little quality check to add.

I am so used to going to this place and never had an issue till today. I drive from Howard and i35 to Burnet to get my sandwich. Today I placed my order and I specifically said no tomatoes ( I am allegic) just cheese and mustard is what I always get. The make manner knows me by my name. I guess they changed managers. Today someone decided to put everything on this sandwich and I could not eat it and because I can’t go back because my lunch is over I have to stay hungry. never going back to waste my lunch because someone can’t read the paper. I just lost 20.00 down the drain. I need a reimbursement because I did not eat my sandwich

I stopped by this Round Rock with my wife since I was in the area and asked if they had any deals going on for Veterans Day and I was told no the only thing they did was give a percentage off the meals. I explained that I received a email that said 1 sub free with the purchase of another and I was told she didn’t hear about that and it was maybe a special to purchase on line only. I assumed she would have known and may have been in management since she was training a new employee. I won’t be returning to this store again if they aren’t going to honor the deals that there own company sends out to consumers

Service for a small sandwich took over 30 minutes. I ordered my small meal about 10 minutes before 3 different customers and they decided to make mine last. They didn’t even ask my name or if I wanted it to-go. I had to ask for a box and bag. Please get workers who know what they’re doing. Highly disappointed because I loved firehouse subs but the service made me not want to come back.

Staff was nice. Wait was a bit long because they forgot to call out my order when it was done. I was offered a bag of chips or brownies due to long wait. The sandwich was delicious. Tmobile Tuesday app!

We did an online order for pickup.
When I got home with the food 2 of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. They left the cranberry sauce off of the Thanksgiving sub and the mayo off of the meatball sub that we ordered.
When I called they immediately put me on hold and left me there so I hung up and called back and it immediately went to a full voicemail box.
Driest sandwich’s we’ve ever had.
I recommend checking your order before you leave with it no matter how hungry you are.

Prices are high for what you get. Subway is about the same in quality and ingredients but cheaper, much cheaper. Also, the points only work if you buy something when you spend your pts, so I had to get a $1.40 garlic bread to use my 40k points (3-4 large subs), and I can only get one item at a time. So, it’s a buy something, get something on pts. Not impressed.

Our first time at this location. We went at a quiet time so no waiting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the cheese steak and the meat was overflowing the bun. That’s a good thing. The highlight was the selection at the fountain soda dispenser. Over 100 different options. I settled on the vanilla Coke and was glad I did. We will be stopping by again!

I ordered today and I found hair inside my sandwich so disgusting.
And after all this they won’t refund my money.
