Placed an online order and they only sent half of the items. When we called the restaurant they blamed the delivery driver. Along with missing items, the salad barely covered the bottom of the bowl and soup was half empty. What a joke! For the prices they charge, you’d at least expect to get what you ordered. After speaking with the driver and the delivery service, the missing items were clearly the fault of the restaurant. Sorry, won’t be ordering from this place again. Update: the picture is described as a side salad by Google. It was a full salad. Even AI thinks it’s small.

Well, first time here. My meatball sub was good. Salad was labeled “must use by” 28 hours ago. Got half of a lettuce head base and the wrong dressing. I’ve never had a pickle where I couldn’t chew the skin.

1st time was a good experience and the food was great, received in a timely manner.
2nd time going and I will not go again! While ordering with the General manager we asked questions and she did not know the menu well at all. Ok, so maybe she just was hired. The wait was over 25 min and my husband went to find out why so long, the General manager got snappy with an aditude ,through her pen down and finally got our sandwiches. If you have issues or a bad aditude why are you even there?
Will not spend my hard earned money there again.

I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews… this took the cake though. We have gone here about 4 times since it has opened, each time was a 15-30 minute wait.
This time I had my baby with me and had placed an online order that said it would be ready at 1:15P. We got there a little early (1:05), so I understood when the ladies told me it would be about a 10 minute wait. 1:30P rolls around, of the 6 families waiting in the dining room, not one has gotten food, and the same car is in the drive through window, yet everyone is working behind the counter.
My baby is getting fussy as it is nap time and we have waited far beyond what was expected or told. I politely let the girl know at the front that I need to cancel my order so I can get my baby home. She asks for the name, walks to the back, and hands me my cold sandwiches packaged and ready to go. I ordered 2 hook and ladders (hot sandwiches).
I was quite livid considering my child is now extremely fussy wanting to be home and my food was sitting there the whole time. We were excited to have something to mix up with it’s Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mikes but we will not be returning… disappointed because we waited so long for this location to open.
(I will add that everyone working was very polite, the service was just unacceptable…)
