This did not happen today, It was a few days, and I waited because I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I hope this gets addressed, because if it happens again it will be my last time at this particular Firehouse. I love Firehouse and the one in Rome had been good up until this point, but I went inside, and one lady was changing the trash bags, never washed her hands, and went back to making food. One guy came in from outside, don’t know what he was doing, but put on gloves without washing his hands and started making food. The person at the cash register took cash from one customer, put on gloves without washing her hands and started making food. Seriously! If you’ve been changing the trash, taking cash from customers, been outside, etc etc, wash your hands and then put on gloves.

I love the brisket sandwich. My wife usually gets the gluten free turkey bacon ranch. Minus today my sandwich has always been with a little more meat but everybody is allowed a mistake every now and then. The taste is great and the customer service is exceptional.

Employees during this time of the day yes a few was busy working and preparing orders. But how ever I think there’s a place to eat other than behind the counter where you’re making food in front of your guest instead of washing your hands and letting another associate hand the bag to the guests. If you’re gonna eat step away from the food processing areas and have a break or have a snack.

The small is truly small it is not filling even for a child, and the sandwich’s needed more sauce… really enjoyed the firefighter pictures and items .. the service on this day was dry. It would not be my first choice. We all wanted meatball subs.

After placing my order online (2 people ordered the same item) I was told they only had enough ingredients to make 1 sandwich. They let me change one sandwich order to something similar but NEVER REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE. It was almost a $4 difference. I will never go back to this location.

Every time I go to Firehouse it is fresh and consistent. I know what I am getting. FRESH! I was a little sad about the hot sauce rack being discontinued due to the pandemic, but the food is great. I am always wowed by the hospitality Nd its even better knowing some of the profit benefits the local fire departments!

So my daughter ordered and paid for the wrong sub and before leaving she told the worker that she ordered the wrong thing and needed to change it and he told her she was too late because it was being made. So I called before she took they gave the sub and asked to speak to the manager I was told there wasn’t one, so I told him what was happening and he said he was taking care of her right now, so I thought ok they will let her fix it, Nope made her pay for the sandwich she didn’t want and the one she wanted! I will be calling corporate office this makes no sense! You won’t have to worry about me or family and Friends coming to this location! And then he didn’t even fix the second sub how she asked for it!

Zero stars. I ordered chicken sandwich with chicken cheese and Cajun mayo only I get tomatoes and some brown type meat. Only excuse they can give me is the steak and chicken is beside each other and I can get a replacement sub next time I am In… noooo I won’t be back if you send this out why would anyone come back.
