I recently used Firehouse Subs catering for my football party, and I was blown away. From the start, the ordering process was super easy, and the staff was really helpful in choosing the right combo of subs for the amount of people I had for Sunday football. Everything was fresh and very organized when I picked it up. I was very impressed by quality of the subs. It made hosting very easy for a good price too. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next event. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs for anyone looking for an easy and delicious catering option

Came in to try the thanksgiving turkey sub with a side of gravy as well as the new cheesy Mac and I was blown away. I tried it with bacon and extra stuffing would definitely get it again, the cheesy Mac was so good and very cheesy! the double chocolate chip cookie was so soft and beyond amazing I will be back very soon for more sandwiches and cookies!

Since when is the salad and medium sub $20 each?! They adjusted it only after I noticed and addressed it. But how many people get charged the wrong amount? Then to add on chips and a drink is $3.99 but they also charged an additional $.50 per bag of chips. The kids meal included chips and drink per employee and also was charged additional $.75. I don’t mind paying extra for chips but it’s the transparency of the menu price says one thing and I am charged another. But really, double the amount on more than one item isn’t an accident in my opinion. Plus my “$20” salad ($9.99 menu price) consisted of mainly brown and old lettuce. And was missing the mozzarella cheese per the menu, which is a way to cut costs.

Walked into this location and everyone working acknowledged us with a hello. The restaurant was clean and Alina was friendly. My son is a firefighter so I love supporting Firehouse! If I had to critique anything it would be how long it takes to make the food. Love the location and the staff was great. Highly recommend!

Came into firehouse subs today and went with a Jamaican jerk turkey but switched out the turkey for chicken, added bacon and Cajun mayo what a game changer it made sooo delicious! This is my 4th time coming to this location and it has now become my favorite place, the manager Samantha was so nice and helpful, staff was friendly and fast making my order will be back again.

The North Naples Firehouse sub location is truly an amazing atmosphere. The manager at this location is so friendly and happy whenever I come in. I like going in because she is so friendly. I love getting the club on a sub combo and it’s delicious every time I get it. The place is clean and has great customer service. Whenever I am in the area I come to get a sub.
