I ordered through the app and was able to get 20% off — super easy process! My order was ready right when I arrived, which made pickup quick and convenient. I got the Medium Italian and it was excellent as always.

I work right up the road and come to this location often. Usually everything is great, but the kid that took our order (he did not have a name tag on, tall lots of hair) had a nasty attitude for no reason, we approached the counter happy and smiling at him and he wanted to be anywhere but there. Adrian was next to him and started on our order right away, he was pleasant and friendly when we asked a question, he was happy to answer. Also, as we were eating, the tall kid began sweeping right next to us and even under my table/chair, it made me really uncomfortable and feel like dirt was flying everywhere into my food. The subs were great tasting. The drink machine mix was weird, not enough syrup. But we let them know as we left, so hopefully they were able to fix it.

Went there right about closing and that didn’t make a difference. My subs were hot, fresh and delicious!!! But the star of the experience were DAYMA and DOM!!!! They both were just genuine, very kind, patient and welcomed you with a warm smile the minute you walked in, they simply couldn’t do enough for you and was just lovely and their phenomenal customer service skills made all the difference! Firehouse Subs definitely has a gem with DAYMA and DOM!!! God bless you guys!!

Every single time I place an online order at Firehouse Subs, something is ALWAYS wrong with my order. Most recently, I ordered two subs and added mushrooms to the chicken sub—but they were put on the other sandwich instead.
They also never include pickles. Even when I select extra spear pickles on the side, I literally get none.
The workers simply cannot get online orders right, and it’s not worth the money or the hassle anymore.

I haven’t been to Firehouse in probably 17 years until now. I sat a BOGO deal they had and tried it again. Now I remember why I haven’t been there in 17 years. The meat portions are to put it bluntly, CHEAP. I had the hook and ladder and could not taste any ham or turkey because there was hardly any on it. That’s why I go to Jersey Mikes or Publix. You can actually taste the meats.

I was really shy to come in but the male cashier was so polite (kind of the only one that was so welcoming to everyone, but post-COVID is still a process). He smiled at everyone and even brought orders to tables.I didn’t mind waiting during rush. I missed it here!

The new King Hawaiian sandwhich is a work of art. It all works so well together. Has an abundance flavor, texture and freshness all in one. The mustard sauce is a great choice to nail the moisture level and goes perfectly. Go try this today!

WOW to Firehouse! (not in a good manner)
I’m a person of habits but as this place was close in our destination we decided to stop by as we had a good experience in another location. The bread looks slimmer than our other preference, the flavor was ok on the Cajun chicken but the content on the New York streamer made us figuring out what happened there. For a $27 charge for a big expectation of great subs, that was rather disappointing. We tried to contact the Firehouse app but the automated chat virtual assistant couldn’t help and as it was Sunday, I guess they didn’t have enough live staff.
MAYBE in the future we will try again a different location but dine-in just in case we had to make a timely comment.
The place was organized, nice and clean, on that it deserved 5 stars.

Got a sub to go. There seems to be a lot of online orders as well as in person happening around lunch. Because of that, service can be a little slow at times, but that’s okay. It’s always good, and friendly staff.
