One thing that really stood out to me was the calm ambiance of the place. It was a peaceful environment, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal without any distractions. Additionally, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom, which is always a crucial factor in determining the overall quality of a restaurant.
When it came time to place my order, I had a special request to have my subs cut into four pieces. The cook behind the counter was more than happy to accommodate my request, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction. It’s always refreshing to encounter such attentive and friendly staff members.
The subs themselves were simply outstanding. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were mouthwatering. The attention to detail and the dedication to quality were evident in every bite. The fact that they were willing to go the extra mile to customize my order further added to my overall satisfaction.
Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was exceptional. The combination of a pleasant atmosphere, clean facilities, and a helpful staff made for a memorable visit. I left the restaurant feeling extremely satisfied, and I am already looking forward to my next stop at Firehouse Subs. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy delicious subs with excellent service, I highly recommend giving Firehouse Subs a try.
I pulled into the store and danced in to get my favorite the hook and ladder sub. I like everything on it except those onions. I’m sure they’re great but for me nope, no onions.
I walked up to the counter to place my order and was behind a lady who had come in and ordered about a dozen sandwich. She seemed a little annoyed that she wasn’t going to get them immediately. The staff was doing everything they could to accommodate her and all the other customers that were in there.
I made my order and then wandered around a few minutes waiting for my sandwich to be ready. It was ready pretty quickly though; actually faster than I expected it would be considering the big order they had just taken. Everyone there was really friendly and smiling and seem to be having a good time despite the store being pretty busy. They would’ve been fairly busy even without the large order that had walked in. Please, if you have a great big order it’s polite to call ahead so the staff can get it ready for you and they don’t have to rush through everything including taking care of the regular walk-in customers.
Back on I 75 S. heading towards Atlanta. It is getting dark and boy I wish I was home already. It has been one long, miserable drive. At least it hasn’t rained.
At least I have a really good sandwich to snack on while I’m driving.
I’ve only got like two hours to go to get home and there’s no way I can eat all of this humongous delicious firehouse foot-long sub before I get there. If I did I’ve had to pull over somewhere and take a nap.
No refund either.
Never going back
