Excellent food. Had the Hero, Hook and Ladder, and Engineer. Came on a Tuesday with my family. Multiple signs saying kids eat free with purchase of a meal. Ordered our meal but after paying realized we didn’t have the kids meal added. Asked about getting our free kids meal but were told we couldn’t get it because the order was closed already. Had to have the manager get permission from the regional manager to comp a free kids meal. Appreciate getting the free kids meal as advertised. Didn’t appreciate having to make a fuss in order to get it. Make sure you include your kids meal before paying or you won’t get it.

I had the longest day of my life today. Exhausted and just needing some delicious sustenance, I stumbled into Firehouse subs today around 4.
The staff were having a good time working together and so welcoming. Obviously people who like their job and their team! I mentioned they were fast when they quoted me my time and they took that as a challenge to be even faster and quoted me a shorter time! On top of that they absolutely delivered a delicious dinner and I left feeling so much lighter.
Thank you for that, guys! Keep up the good work.

I’d rate this as zero stars if i was able to. Let me say, I Love Firehouse Subs….and I never write reviews, I’m pretty easy going about it….but I got 2 Large meatball subs through UberEats just now and it looked like garbage, half the meatballs were burnt and the others were white looking when I cut into them and both sandwiches were drowned in sauce. These looked disgusting and I ended up throwing both whole entire uneaten subs away, I’m out money so I figure this store should be out money too from others that might decide to go somewhere else after reading this post or at the very least have this bad review posted up…..everyone’s got their off days, but it was obvious no concern was given when making those sandwiches. The pics speak for themselves. It was too expensive not to say anything about this.

I placed a lunch catering order for a business meeting on Monday Nov 17 for delivery on Wednesday Nov 19.
I was inforned by Ezcater (the company they utilize to manage these type of orders)
“We are reaching out about your upcoming order, # Xxxxx on 11/19/25 11:00-11:15 AM. Firehouse Subs has yet to accept the order but we are continuing to reach out for confirmation. We strive for a stress-free experience and understand how important your event is”
This is unacceptable. I called the Redd Rd location 9 times trying to speak to a someone, but the phone just rings then eventually it hangs up. My meeting is tomorrow and I have no food, and I with such a short notice, I’m in a bind to get another restaurant to be able to fullfill my order.
Edited: Luckily, JASON’S DELI came throught for me last night at 10:30pm with an order placed and confirmed and will be ready for my meeting.
Restaurant owners wonder why their business closes.

Ordered 25 minutes ahead through Uber eats.
When I arrived at the store my food had not even started to be made, despite no line nor customers.
Guy up front was just nonchalantly idling by until I asked for my order.

Very clean place. I called tp pick up an order and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was offered attention. My co-workers liked the food. Definitely going back to take my wife and have some food ❤

Love the subs. Delicious! But the sitting area is always dirty. At times it’s not easy to find a clean table to sit and enjoy my lunch. I don’t know who’s duties are to clean but I see employees in the back of the counter doing nothing. Customer service not what it used to be. That’s for sure.

Ordered two brisket beef and cheddar sandwiches online, get to the store and they tell me they are out of brisket. It would of been ok but it is not the first time this place done this. Last time they told me i could not get a refund would have to order a different sandwich. Had to wait 30.mins until they made the new ones and no other customers. I can see why. Last time I order from this place.

So I asked for a firehouse hook and ladder with no mayo no bun extra lettuce caramelized onions and extra tomatoes. This is what I got. I am allergic to mayo and cannot eat bread and how I have no lunch. Thanks guys!!
