Im thoroughly disappointed in the subs I ordered today. I was looking forward to it cause I saw an add for 50% off your first app order. Figured I’d give it a shot. I guess I missed the fine print that said you also get 50% less of the sub. Im laughing at these miserable attempts of sub creation. Do you guys get off knowing you served a sub with as little on it as possible. I looked you all in the eyes today as I picked up my food and expressed how much I was looking forward to these. These were basically bread sandwiches. Quit being so frugal with your servings. This would have been $40 worth of subs, I’m pissed that I even paid $20 for them with how much I barely tasted these. You guys are a corporate chain. The whole firefighter thing is nonsense, you just want bigger margins. I won’t be coming back here.

We ordered online and when we got home, we noticed that one of our orders was missing. I had to go back and even though I explained the item was missing in my order, I was given an attitude and no apology! Also, they kept on wanting to charge me again even though I explained 3x that I already paid for it! I asked if I could have an accommodation but their customer service is awful! I won’t go back to this location!!

Normally, I have a pleasant experience at firehouse but the past few times I’ve gone have me more disappointed than a father upset with his son for coming home late from a party on a school night. There was about four people in the entire establishment with two employees working. We ordered 2 subs and waited close to 30 minutes. This is wild and you better believe I won’t be returning.

The last two times we have been to this location the service has been horribly slow. Today was by far the worst. It took nearly 40 mins to get our food. There was only one person making orders and it was not even busy. There was a lack of urgency or care from the one employee actually working. Very frustrating.

I love Firehouse subs and this Firehouse just made me never come back ! I walked in the door no one was up front the crowd of employees was in the backroom, no one came out front all I heard as I stood there for over 5 minutes was all they’re personal conversations and they kept talking amongst themselves not even bothering to look out front , I walked out ! Never will I return, you hire crap employees and you get crap service!

Service was very slow. Two people working, but one was struggling to do 2/3 to 3/4 of the work. I really felt sorry for him. He was nice. Place wasn’t busy at all, but what few customers were there waited a long time. Guy trying to clean raised the broom up over the food prep area. Tables were dirty.

Do not order from their app! When you think you are placing an order, you’ll get an error saying oops something went wrong, but the money will come out of your account and then they will not make your subs. It has happened twice the first time they actually got the order after I called in to explain what I was seeing on the app and they refresh their system and they got the order. This time they took my order over the phone told me they would work on it. I would just have to show them what I’m seeing from my bank account. Which we did and they refuse to make the subs and I was not going to pay twice for them. Not to mention while my family member was in there, trying to pick up the food I called in and they ended up hanging up on me.
