First time at a firehouse! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Walked us thru the menu! Pricing a bit higher than anticipated. Sandwiches with good, but I feel value and flavor for price may be a bit off on ratio… They had a couple sauces on thiwr sauce bar that were very good!

This location used to be my favorite, but the last couple of times has changed my mind. The food is delicious, but there is always one worker that is very unwelcoming any time I walk in to order. You can always tell that he is very unhappy to be there and is very curt when taking an order. I believe he is also a night manager. I will not be back to this location because of him. Makes the food really unappealing.

2 things: Why, at a fast food place, is the tip screen (which you cannot skip) have only options for tipping starting at 10%. If I don’t want to tip-I’d have to push the other button and manually input 0 I guess while the worker is starting at me. I am made to feel guilty for not tipping AT A FAST FOOD PLACE. Also my meat was gristly. I won’t be back here.

We ordered ahead, waited 20 mins, got there to pick it up, a guy in front ordered a gf meal, which we had also. Waited another 15 mins and they came out and said they didn’t have any more gf bread. So the guy that came in got his food but we didn’t even though we pre ordered. Won’t eat here again. Wasted 30 minutes and had to cancel and get refund in the app.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. So many people working behind the counter that were just talking and visiting instead of actually making the six- both for here and delivery- orders they were lined up to be made. Forgot what I had ordered completely- asked to check my receipt- had somehow lost my receipt. Then left part of my order out when they tried to serve it to me. I had to go back to the counter and ask for the rest of my order. So glad I had double checked before I left. The staff was not very helpful Or attentive to what was going on around them in the restaurant. Would not recommend this location whatsoever.

Let me just say, I’ve had the worst service here every single time that I visit this location… But today was a completely different story! Breezy was extremely attentive, kept us happy while we waited (also, we didn’t wait half as long as we normally do, this team is quick and efficient), double and triple checked to make sure our order was correct, gave my doggy extra treats, was very smiley and had a positive attitude the entire time, and she made me smile on a day I didn’t feel like smiling! And not to mention my sandwiches came out perfectly. Thanks Breezy!

Very solid sandwich place. Prices aren’t too bad, and the food is good. They have a Coke Freestyle which is a major plus for me personally. I usually get the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich and it tasted great. The staff is always super friendly too. No complaints for this Fire House Subs.

I never eat inside because it’s so chaotic in there with the workers in the past..I DO use delivery and have several times and I have YET to get my complete order and have never gotten a refund on those items..between delivery and establishment they pass the blame everytime…I will NOT give them another opportunity…lost my business for sure

Staff was nice, food was quick to come out. But the entire restaurant was dirty, every table. Then the women’s restroom looked like a prank- no door handle? Gap next to the knob big enough to see through? Peeling toilet seat straight from a horror film? Surely someone has an hour to pick up and install a new knob and toilet seat. Maybe the nice guys behind the counter can wipe things down in the dining room. lmk, we’ll be back!
