The food was good and tasty but the fact is that I ordered my sub and the bread was cut all the way though like a sandwich instead of a sub partially cut and to top it off it didn’t even get cut in 2 short halves. Other than that no other complaints. Delicious

$18 for a tiny little small French dip sub with barely any meat at all, can see the entire bun, tasting microwaved, and not toasted, with meat still cold an cheese not even melted. Au jus tasted like something out of a can. Three employees just sit around cutting up while you wait To order at the register. Will not return to this location or any other location, what a rip off.

I can’t thank Sage enough for tonight. I had 2 orders (1 t0 go) she made it as we were finishing up our sandwhich. I was ablentonleave with a hot sandwich.
The best part, she noticed that I was limping. ( I just had 2 knee surgeries) not only did she bring our food to the table, she asked me if she could fill my drink, brought me extra napkins.
I was overly impressed especially for a fast food place.

I’ve been putting off making this review, but I finally feel ready. When I went Firehouse Subs with my son I saw a blonde girl with a blue shirt humping and grinding on her coworkers. I saw the same girl vaping in the back of the store while the other employees made my sandwich. I had come in before and the customer service was horrible, but I wanted to give this place another try. My faith in this establishment is gone. I brought my 9 year old to what I thought was a family friendly restaurant when in reality it’s disgusting. The workers looked miserable, it was just a toxic environment. Not to mention when I took my son to the bathroom it looked like it had never been cleaned. I’d seen cleaner bathrooms in a truck stop. 0 stars, will not be returning.

I was very disappointed at how dirty the restaurant was when I went to get food today at 12:30 p.m. The tables, counter and especially the drink machine was filthy. Once I received my order both of the sandwich containers were covered in some sort of food. Again, pure filth!!
