I’ve been visiting this firehouse for years and Victor and Brandon have been nonstop examples of pillars of customer service and care. Victor remembers everyone he’s ever served, their orders and has never once forgotten me or my order. This firehouse is filled with exemplary humans and out of this world levels of service. Great location, great people.

While waiting for my food I saw several health code violations. Both gentleman one in a black shirt and the other in a teal shirt, with no hair nets, or hats. They wearing ear buds, which one touched but those things can fall out and into food. One did not wash their hands in between the register and their station. The employee in the teal shirt at least twice was wipping his gloves on his apron, which is disgusting. I get these guys are young but it makes you wonder about their training and management.

There was a mess up with my DoorDash order and I was trying to call and ask about it just to see what went wrong. Instantly got an attitude from the young black female on the other end of the phone for no reason. I never asked for a refund or to have it remade, I was just confused and the attitude wasn’t necessary. Hope she’ll have a better day tomorrow and will learn how to address customers more professionally.

The service and quality of this location has gone down hill to the point where no one should go there! I was served cold food today when they didn’t have a side and I asked for a different one. It was a hot side item served cold. Staff didn’t care there were at least 10+ people waiting on their orders. There was no sense of urgency or concern. Avoid this location! This one isn’t to the Firehouse standards.

First time I went here they absolutely effed my order, hardly any meat on my sandwich, my friends sandwich was missing half the stuff, no pickles. Was gonna give a one star. They were really busy and only had two people so I figured someone called out sick. Gave em a second chance and everything was perfect since they had all four workers there. Went again and again it’s perfect. 4 stars for now, will go to five after my next flawless visit

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Came in last night (7/16) 40 minutes before close, asked if they had sweet tea (a simple question), and the lady snapped at me, saying no because they’re closing. Food came without pickles, and when we asked for them, she was insanely rude about the fact that she didn’t do her job in the first place. We asked about the dip, and the guy asked if we wanted it to go… 40 minutes before close. They were also yelling between themselves and being completely unprofessional. This location is absolutely awful, and the service there is appalling. They do not treat PAYING customers who are being respectful and asking simple questions with basic decency and respect, those employees should be fired.
