My husband & I love Firehouse subs! I have ordered from them a few times on Doordash, & him & I have gone therein person to eat. The staff is always friendly & welcoming. The subs taste delicious, & they have several tasty options.

Stopped by with my two littles – trying to convince them that there are better than subs than Subway. The staff were amazing – pampering my kiddos with fireman hats, stickers, coloring books, cookies! They are now firehouse subs fans for life – as am I! We were not greeted upon entry and had to wait for our order to be taken as 1 employee worked on an order and called for help that was slow in coming. We ordered 1 club on a sub, 1 build your own and 1 hook and ladder all footlong. All 3 sandwiches were enjoyable. All the subs we had were tasty with ample meats and toppings well worth the price. The youth staff provided terrible service, they assumed there was 1 order for two guests, they bagged up 2 large subs and 1 regular and when the error was pointed out we were told we’ll its OK because the regular has footlong meat on it hand struggled to make it right but did. Poor customer service really tainted a 1st time visit to Polaris store. Store was pleasant by design and very clean. I will continue enjoying Firehouse Subs, maybe not Polaris. The preparer didn’t make a fresh footlong, he took the meat and toppings off the regular and put it on the footlong bread

Staff is always friendly. No complaints there. Now I don’t eat here often, so I ordered last week because they had a BOGO special. Neither of my subs had any cheese despite me paying for extra. No seasonings as requested. Pickles were missing. I did a survey and corporate reached out and stated the restaurant would contact me, but they have not. I understand mistakes happen, they were busy that day. But I won’t return at this point.

This was the first time I had Firehouse. The pics of the subs online looked great. Crusty, baguette-style rolls. Lots of delicious-looking sliced meat. Got it home and my son yells, “They messed up my order!” He thought he got tuna salad, but no, we figured out they all looked like that. The chicken and turkey were some kind of wet, shredded mash. The water from the meat leached into the bread and made it such a sloppy mess that it was almost impossible to pick up. We couldn’t eat more than two bites. This crap was just gross. I’m not a troll. I’ve never left a review for any restaurant before this. Bottom line: these people have no business passing this garbage off as food, much less some kind of high end, epicurean experience.

Order two 7 inch subs off of the Uber eats app picked up my order. Drove 15 minutes back to my house. Just to realize I didn’t have any pickle spears in either of my subs orders no napkins tried to call the store. Nobody answer the phone after six tries to call.

6 dollars to add 3 pepperoni to my sandwich? Is this a prank? Drink machine had like 2 options. It was “broke”. This is the worst firehouse subs I’ve been too. Whether we are dining in or getting it delivered. The order is always subpar. Save time go to the one on Hamilton. To Jessica- That wasn’t even the whole issue but since you’d like me to explain further. The sandwich my girlfriend got wasn’t even made the way she ordered it. She asked for only chopped pickles extra pickles. Not a single pickles on it. Neither sub had a pickle spear. He sandwich last had at least 2 inches of nothing but bread. And 6 dollars for 3 pepperoni for a large sandwich is crazy. Does this store have lots of new employees? Is there decent management here?
