The store was super quiet, no music, no talking amongst the workers, and one other customer that also was clearly unhappy. I ordered a medium turkey sub with a combo. It was $18.29!?!? How is it $5 more for a tiny bag of chips and a small fountain drink? I won’t be back with that price increase. I’ll stick with subs from Publix for half the price.

This is my first time at a firehouse subs. I didn’t know the concept. I didn’t want to assume anything. They had a new girl at the counter, which I understand It’s her first day, but she should be taught your basic questions. I ordered the brisket and cheddar and she asked me if I wanted anything added on it. I said bacon and I paid as I was waiting I’m looking around and realized they had different types of bread so when I ordered the brisket and cheddar first question should’ve been what kind of bread if she needs help maybe you should put a little cheat sheet by the Register, but I got white bread and I never eat white bread. If she put white, then she was choosing for me if she left it blank then one of the sandwich makers should’ve asked me and not choose for me. The bill was $14.44 and she asked me if I wanted it to round up and I said yes. That would make the bill $15. She gave me back change that was six dollars and I looked at the receipt. She never rounded up but she was giving me a dollar instead of $.44 so I don’t know if she knows how to count it or not.

This restaurant missed the most important order note « NO TURKEY ». The temperature of the food was perfect, the packaging is sustainable, the bread is fresh, but I cannot eat Turkey.

I visited with my four kids, and we all had such a great time! Each of them happily enjoyed half of a medium sub — everything was fresh, warm, and delicious. The Hero sub was especially amazing — full of flavor and perfectly made. The restaurant was very clean and well-kept, and the staff was so friendly. Thank you for such a welcoming atmosphere!

The OWNER of this location is the most disrespectful person ever. I placed an order on ubereats. Paid over 60 for the food. Called the store to make sure they made the food correctly before sending out. IT COME COMPLETELY WRONG. I CALLED THE STORE BACK TO TELL THEM WHAT WAS WTONG AND THE OWNERS RESPONSE WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE ! I call stating I was reorder the entire or if they can make it right and instead this female owner of the plantation location violated me as a customer. You deserve your doors to be cloasedddddd! Horrible customer service skills and if you’re really the owner , you need to close up asap.

My son Ordered through the app for delivery . This was his 1st time using his credit card and the app. The food arrived and the sandwich was wrong . We called and they said they could do a refund or make a new sandwich. Je would have to come get the remade sandwich. He isn’t old enough to drive and said he would take the refund. They said the couldn’t return to the card he would have to come in. Hours later when I could take him , they now said that it had to be disputed through the app, there was nothing they could do. We are going through the dispute process . Lesson learned don’t order from here through the app or for delivery.

The worst experience at a Firehouse Subs I’ve ever had in my life. I walk in late to grab a last minute bite and the employees inside didn’t even want to greet me upon entry (probably because they were almost closing)so the person in the back of the restaurant (not even visible to me) had to yell a greeting.

Feeling the unwelcoming energy I say to the employees out front “What’s wrong? You guys didn’t want me to come in?” To which both young ladies start laughing. The young man in the back says “No more locked doors!”

The gentleman comes out and I say “Thank you for greeting me all the way from the back doesn’t seem like they wanted me here.”

Upon hearing this, one of the young ladies says “She did say hi, you just didn’t hear her.” With the nastiest attitude, completed with an eye roll. After receiving this unwarranted attitude while making my order, I respond kindly by correcting her and say “No, she did not say a word. I stared at her face as I walked in and her mouth didn’t even move. Why do you have an attitude as if I did something wrong? No one including the young man working here didn’t hear her say anything to us.” Which the young male employee and the other customers in the store confirmed as well.

As the young lady with braces and a black polo shirt became more irate with me for my dissatisfaction with their poor service, I asked for her manager and she swiftly responded, “I am the manager.” Yet when I asked for her name and the corporate info she told me to “go look it up” because she didn’t know it. I was so angry after receiving her name, Mikaya Spates, or something of that nature because she spit it out venomously, I left the store to start this review.

I began to take pictures of the store and while I was in the store taking the pictures , which I am legally allowed to do for this review, she yelled “WE ARE CLOSED!” while a customer was in there along with me refilling his drink (As depicting in my images) & an employee was sweeping, proceeding the closing procedures, and she turned off the lights in the entire store and told me to get out originally following through with her unwelcoming energy.

Usually I come to this restaurant and eat, I have the app and get rewards towards purchases (which I lost due to using before paying for my order & leaving because I was being yelled at), and am normally openly welcomed no matter the time but this time I was basically driven out by unwelcoming employees who have the nerve to yell at me for not being happy with their POOR service and coming in close to closing time. No matter what time you come in you should be openly & happily welcomed. I’m not a difficult customer, I had already prepared the order I wanted and I was going to be in and out but apparently that wasn’t in Mikaya’s plan. I will be contacting corporate. As I said, another restaurant would be best at least they will be happy to see you.

After leaving the gym this morning I decided to stop in for a sub hook and ladder over the years I have never had a prob lem but this morning this sub was very messy not enough meat and not put together well I didn’t enjoy it at all it’s a very nice place service was ok but the sub wasn’t prepared correctly.
