The place was soooo dirty it’s unreal. I honestly should call the health department.
The food was horrible. I haven’t been here since new management took over and to say they suck is an understatement. I got the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich and it legit barely had anything on it. The turkey was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. The stuffing was so dry and there was barely any cranberry sauce. I only tried it because it reminded me of a sub place that use to the around here that had the Bobby. This definitely isn’t a Bobby so if you find yourself wanting it for that reason RUN. The fries were so overcooked and the weird sauce they give with them taste like tartar sauce and miracle whip together. Strange sauce for fries. Definitely won’t be returning.

Oh my God, the sub was delicious. The little staff girl that took my order and everything.. was so nice. I ordered a club, hadn’t eaten all day. Worked 10 hours. I forgot how delicious the subs are.

Best customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered 4 subs with turkey on the app, but somehow the actual order didn’t say NO HAM on it and so they prepared the subs with Ham. I did not check it when I picked up but I came back and informed them about it. I am not sure where the mistake happened, but I was willing to let go if they wouldn’t want to make new ones. The owner was so nice and had made all the four subs again without HAM without charging anything extra. Very pleasant service and love the way the owner handled it without any complicated discussion

I know food prices are increasing but the food is getting smaller. It’s bad when Subway piles on layers of meat and here we get layer (one). Ever hear of “Where’s the Beef?” Yeah seriously $15 for bread and a slice of meat. You advertise chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies but all you can order is oatmeal but you have chocolate chip in the store along with a brownie to choose from. The cookies are 2/3 the size they used to be. All told $50 for delivery on DoorDash of 2 subs, 2 chili cups, 2 cookies. Lonestar costs the same delivered. Do us right or just close up shop.

Ordered on the Firehouse app for pickup. Got home and my order was completely wrong. Toppings were incorrect, meats incorrect, 1 sub even had ham and turkey on one half and just roast beef on the other half (which sub is that on your menu?), meat balled up and smashed to one side, no cheese on the subs, etc. I called and was told since I ordered on the app I had to get a refund online. I went online and they told me I have to talk to the store. No accountability at all. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Sooo I’m literally sitting in the parking lot as I type this. Today, is veterans day – and my husband and I went for the FIRST time, to do the bogo sale. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, you could cut the tension between the staff with a knife. The energy was so incredibly negative. Not overly busy. Just, negative. My husband asked a question to the man who was making our food , and the manager rudely came over and said “stop just talking. work and talk at the same time” – as we asked a very quick question. the worker we asked the question to, I could tell felt immediately attacked – and then all staff were quiet for a solid 30 seconds before responding to us again. It was so uncomfortable and unnecessary. I really hope the manager can get his attitude under control – because I can promise you, we will never be back. For being a first timer, and on an important holiday – that was insane. If you’re miserable with your job, leave. He was doing his job. Shame on you.

Sandwich was wrong. Was supposed to be wheat bread, it’s white. this isn’t even a tomato. My other sub had everything on it that I asked to be exlcluded. New ownership should just shut this place down.
The 2nd half of my sub has about 1/3 the meat it should on it as well. I mean what is this. If I wanted to order dog food I would’ve gone to the kennel.

This is a decent location. I ordered the Italian cold cut the first time they forgot one of the meats on the sandwich went back to get it remade. The second time they toasted. told them it was not supposed to be toasted thought that they had removed the meat off the sandwich, but they didn’t. They gave me the toasted one time, third times to charm nope I went back to give it another shot I check my food before I leave. Everything is good when I go to eat the sandwich there is hair in the box. At this point, I feel like I just can’t win and I don’t even want the sandwich anymore. They tried, but unfortunately, it’s just not happening. The workers need to be more aware of changing their gloves, touching stuff.
