Great experiences here!! I’ve ate here several times and forgot to review them, they really are an excellent example of this chain. The friendliest staff, I’ve experienced and excellent food. I tried the Hawaiian Pork Sandwich, it was fantastic perfectly cooked! I’ll definitely be back!

Holy jeez, went here with my daughter for a quick lunch. We ordered one medium sub combo and one large sub combo, nothing special. The total was almost $40, for TWO PEOPLE! At a FIREHOUSE! Look, I know it’s probably mostly a corporate issue, and inflation, etc etc, but $40 for two (honestly pretty mid quality) sandwiches is insane. At those prices, we won’t be back to any Firehouse Subs ever.

This Firehouse sub store provided terrible service!
We placed an online order. The messed up all of our subs. The didn’t put garlic on none of them which was suppose to have it on them. Cajun chicken sandwich barely had Cajun seasoning on it. Called to speak to a manager, and he had the nerve to say that they have garlic butter at the store. They burnt my son’s meatball sub as you can see! It seemed like these folk just made the sandwiches the way they wanted to make them, instead of listening to their customers! They even told my son when they went to pick up the order, to get the drinks we ordered out of the cooler yourself! “ We don’t get the drinks on a pickup order and put them in a bag!!” Customers work hard for their money, and should at least expect good customer service! I can see making a mistake or two, but to mess up the whole order, which consists of seven subs? The manager which I had spoken to was very sarcastic and condescending! We will NOT be ordering from this Firehouse , possibly all Firehouse stores ever again! We wanted just to give them a try, but now I believe that subway does a better job than they. I will be contacting the Corperate office about this matter!

2024-06-09 6:00pm – quick order through the app and was ready before my arrival time. My wife got her usual pepperoni pizza meat ball and i tried the new chicken Parmesan meatball sub. Excellent and loaded with meatballs! Also, I like the fountain drink options

First time here. The issue is they hide the ingredients behind high counter, just like subway, which I have stopped supporting because it is very important for customers to see what you will be making out sandwiches from. What is the point of hiding the ingredients?
No problem, Now I go to PUBLIC, which cuts the meats fresh and customers are able to see the ingredients for themselves. What a great Idea!
