My family and I love Firehouse Subs and visit various locations frequently. My daughter started cheering right behind this location and we visited it 3/5/26 at 7:45 pm. There were two ladies working. A shorter, older black woman and a middle aged white lady with freckles and brown hair. The black lady made our food and wore a smile when she told me our food was ready. The other woman was an absolute nightmare. She was rude the entire duration of our visit from taking our order and explaining the combo options. She even made a nasty remark about how my 8 year old threw away his trash in the wrong trash can. We will not be coming back to this location in the near future. The one lady needs to find another job she is actually grateful to have. The other lady left in the middle of our meal and was perfectly kind.

People that care not only about people but do it right with the amazing steam made subs on a crisp bun nicely sharing the plate with a long wedged pickle to finish a tasty sub.plently of dining space inside or tables with umbrellas to shade you from the bright Floida sun . When I walked in no one greeted me. The employees were having a conversation. I grabbed my to go order and walked out. Once I got to my car and checked my food it was cold. I thought they served hot subs. Even my steak sub was cold and the bread as well. Won’t be back to this location.

You can do way, way better! Two young female employees working Tuesday, 8/12, around 6:50pm were very rude and unprofessional. One of the staff was even eating at a table on the job. They had an attitude as if asking them for a power bag was interrupting their conversation. I even said excuse me and was met with attitude anyways.
The tables were dirty which should be an easy fix seeing as how they are never busy. The table next to the fire extinguisher smelt like vomit. Since firehouse is from Jacksonville, you would think they would take a little more pride in their work. There is a lot of room for improvement. Cleanliness and customer service need attention. Please work on it ASAP. Worst firehouse I’ve been to period.

Came in to pick up our online order and some else came in and picked up the order. Waited 43 minutes before we got our food. Then when we opened our food, it still was not the right order on a sandwich. Was not the greatest experience unfortunately.
