I truthfully regret coming here. Let’s just start off with the service. 3 very rude middle eastern woman were cooking, cleaning and at the register. Haven’t been to firehouse in a while since the old resturant closed so I kindly asked what’s a good suggestion. The young lady rolled her eyes and pointed at the promoted new Sub on the menu basically saying she didn’t care she just wanted to move on. She was extremely soft spoken and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. I paid $25 for 2 small, soggy bread sandwiches that just felt like high school cafeteria food. The firehouse I remember actually was very good and I’m not sure if it’s this specific store or what but because of the people working today 2/26 at 12:30pm I will never come back to not alone this store but any fire house. Even the damn pickles was just thrown in with my Sandwhich and look like it had sat out for a while. Maybe I’ll go and randomly get my same order again and take pictures and post another review but In the end DONT NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I am glad they re-opened about a year ago. I was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Food is great and consistent quality. Their packaging means I get home while the food is still warm.

Idk I don’t like to make a stink about a pickle but really? Firehouse is great and all but how does an individual decide to include this pickle in an order. I’ll still give 5 stars because the food is good and we are talking about a pickle. This addition to your sandwiches is the reason my lovely wife likes to order from here (not only is it a tasty treat, but it’s a great palate cleanser).

I have 2 requests.
1. Admit that this is not a correct pickle size (a pickle spear should not be the size of lime wedge).
2. Allow me to come and pick a replacement pickle in the near future.

If my demands are not met, nothing will happen and I will probably still order from your store.

This pickle choice was a conscious decision by your employee.

First time visitor today. Had the footlong veggie sandwich. Love the softness of the wheat bread with the caramelized onions, mushrooms, lettuce, and tomatoes. The sandwich exceeded my expectations. Price ($13) for the footlong was a little high compared to other sandwich joints, but well worth the money.

We ordered a large French Dip, and while the sandwich was assembled correctly, the au jus was cold and the beef and bread were desperately in need of seasoning – especially salt.
Definitely a one-time order, never to be purchased again.

Stopped by on a cold snowy night. First visit. Got an Italian subs to go. It was the best sub I have had in ages. Where have you been hiding Firehouse?!

Firehouse subs no longer packs their subs with ingredients. All the meats taste cheap compared to other sub shops. Feels like they are on par with subway (which is gross). This location had decent service but most of the tables were dirty and greasy. Coke machine syrup was all over the counter next to the beverage dispenser. Tried the new Cuban sandwich to see if it’s any good, big mistake. Coleslaw on the sub tasted very off. Chocolate brownie was very dry without chocolate flavor. Will no longer visit.

The subs are phenomenal! My only issues with this establishment is that the dine-in tables don’t appear to be cleaned regularly. The restrooms are pretty filthy as well. Also the service is not the best. But the food makes up for their faults.

I stopped in with a t-mobile bogo promo for the first time. If you are going to put less meat on a sandwhich due to a promo, you’re not going to win yourself any new customers. Promos like this are supposed to help market your business and get people in the door. My sandwich had 2 slices of meat bunched up. No thank you, I won’t be back.

The food was good but not for the price. I know everything is expensive now but this seemed overpriced for the portions. Might want to clean the bathroom once in a while.
