Went and got a cajun chicken sub. Very delicious, meat was tender, toppings were fresh, bread was nice n crispy. Cam was the name of the employee that made my sandwich! He did a great job! Very pleasant young man ☺️

Went there for lunch, was greeted “welcome to fire house” waited at the register for 8 min with no service. 3 employees walked by ( they were 5 people working) and looked at us and never said anything ( a simple we will be with you in a few would have worked), even the Manger never said a word. We left without ordering anything and went to a different location. This is not the first time this has happened at this location with the service being horrible. Even if they had a catering they could have said something instead of letting us stand there we would have understood and been patient until they were done.

The place had a “Welcome in” staff. Very clean up-to-date. The only down fall is that I ordered a steak n cheese. Thinking hot n fresh. Could taste it on the taste buds. It came out kinda cold. Not sure where the epic failed. So instead of complaining ,I just ate it. Other than that . It seems to be a nice place for teens to hang out!.

A few weeks ago I reached out to Firehouse Subs Guest Services about an issue we had when we placed our order through their app. I received a reply (from Jessica) with the following, “We have forwarded a copy of your concerns to the management and restaurant owner of this location, who will follow up internally to ensure that your concerns are addressed at the restaurant level and address your request.”
Almost 2 weeks went by and I had not been contacted. I reached out yet again. After updating the next person on the issue, their reply (from Blair) “We are sorry to hear there was an issue with your order and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. As this was a pick up order, you must request the refund from the store directly as the order was processed through their POS system. Please note that our stores are individually owned and issuing a refund is ultimately up to the store manager or owner’s discretion.”
It’s been yet another week with no response from this restaurant owner. I guess leaving a bad review is preferred. So here it is.

placed my order online while I was out and about. Drove straight to the restaurant and my order was waiting for me. I just had to get my drink..which I prefer. I loved the promotion available on the app too. I got good food fast and saved some money.
