OK, so let’s start with the most basic of things with my drink so the combo that I got was a large drink and side, which is supposed to be large it’s in the name. But what I ended up with was a lousy overpriced 20 ounce Coke and a coffee cup size soup which they so happened to offer a cup of soup. So the portion sizes are horrible they embellish what they’re going to give you overcharge you and then under provide. Now as far as taste, the loaded potato soup is bland at best very starchy no flavor not sure what went wrong there. As far as the sandwich goes. I ordered a steak and cheese and there’s hardly any cheese on it there’s hardly any lettuce. There’s no onion. There’s no green pepper which I ordered green pepper specifically there’s no black olive which I ordered black olive specifically I don’t know what the sauce is on here. I guess it’s mayonnaise. The bread itself is not fresh so I’m not really sure what happened. Maybe firehouse subs is actually a is actually a firehouse maybe they got a call while they were making my food? But this is a terrible experience. It’s the first time I’ve ever eaten here and I will never eat here again. Not sure how this place stays in business because what they call a large is definitely not large and what they consider fresh is not fresh so I just I don’t know I would be embarrassed. Now, if you look at the photos below this is where you see your charged $4.55 to get into the large bundle so this gives you the right to have a large soda and a large side which in my case is the soup you’re supposed to be a bowl. But if you notice in the very next picture, they charge me an additional $2.15 to upgrade from the cup to the bowl so now I’m in at $6.70 to have a bowl of soup and a large soda, which turned out to be nothing more than a pity little bottle of 20 ounces of soda which is worth like $1.25 maybe $1.50 at any gas station anywhere and maybe a cup if you measured it of terrible tasting potato soup. I mean come on really this is a highway robbery.

Been going here for a few months now. Food is always delicious and maintains order accuracy. Staff is very pleasant and always friendly. Just wish they included napkins for delivery orders.

Every Firehouse I go to is always so clean and the food is utterly amazing. I love the hot sauce bar. They actually manage to keep it clean somehow. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The service is friendly, engaging and accommodating. The ice went out in the soda machine today. All we did was mention it and here comes a dude out the back with two huge buckets ready to go! This is really where it’s at. So worth the price!! Everything I’ve had here has been on point. Great job guys!

I love coming here. Everyone is so polite and they always get my order right! When I mentioned my son is gf they responded in such a sweet way as to wanting to change gloves to not get anything contaminated. Thank you so much for offering the gf options. Please don’t change this! My son has picked this place more than any other place because he gets to have bread.

This location deserves the 5 stars without a doubt.
Employees were very welcoming and pleasant. staff, I wish others in the service industry would model your behavior.

This location was very clean to include their bathroom. My husband and I both got the chicken / bacon sandwich and it was delicious! Their sweet tea is good too!

They had indoor and outdoor seating and enough room for a small crowd.

I have attached photos of the entrance, interior, our food, menu, and our bill. You’re not waisting your money eating here! Again, great job!

Firehouse is great, and this location is top notch. Staff was friendly and having a good time during their lunch, EVEN THOUGH the ac was having issues and things were ba little warmer than usual. Definitely recommend firehouse, and Definitely recommend this particular firehouse.

Friendly!! Greeted me when I entered!! I had the large hero sub and it was average. Free drink as military discount. The potato soup was not good but they offer an exchange for it. Comparable to Subway.

Was drawn in because of a birthday promotion they are running . If you download their app, you get a free medium sub on your birthday. Well, I decided to give it a try, and, unfortunately, I was left very disappointed. Bread was extremely soggy, and it was just not what I expected. I left half of the sandwich uneaten, which honestly, Is highly unusual as I LOVE subs .I am on the fence about giving them a second try tho. The staff at the Pass Rd. location Were very friendly though.

I had a hard time deciding what to get, because they all looked delicious. I decided on getting the “engineer”. Basically smoked turkey mushroom and Swiss with other in house deliciousness. It was good enough for me to stop and right a review. This isn’t build a sub, they are hand crafted to be delicious, so if you are like me and don’t know what you want, this is perfect. Also everyone was very friendly and the place was spotless. I will dine in again.
