If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered the Cajun sandwich on toasted bread. It was through door dash but I still called the store to see if they would make it right. For one it was not toasted and very sloppy like it was just tossed and thrown on bread also there was like feather type hair I’m embedded into the bottom of the bread. Manager was very rude.

I got a Club on a Sub and a Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub, and both were awesome! The flavor was spot on, the ingredients were fresh, and they were super satisfying. Easily one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a really good sandwich. I’ll definitely be back!

The staff is nice and will give you extra pickles if you ask. The sandwiches are good, and the sauces are really yummy. I do think they should keep the hot sauce cups out so customers can grab what they want without having to ask for multiple ones.
One time I went, the tea was past its date and should have been thrown out, but aside from that, everything was pretty good. The place is kept very clean, and I would definitely go back.

I like firehouse because their ingredients always taste fresh and their bread doesn’t get too soggy if I save half overnight. My favorite is the Italian sub. I enjoyed my recent visit because the staff, Khrista and the others, were helpful and discussed anime with me while I waited for the sandwich. I usually order on Ubereats but it’s close to my house so I will certainly go in person more.

Very nice place with nice people! Only ordered 2 subs and 2 cookies but the wait was long though- seemed pretty long for what we ordered. Other than that, everything was good! The subs are amazing. I loved the decorations and the feel of the place. Overall, pretty place and good subs but seemed a little too long of a wait time.

My rating is only for the high-speed gentleman running this shop! He can clearly manage it all on his own.
I placed an order via mobile app. My wife got her shopping done early and I decided to walk-in to wait for my lunch. He was making sandwiches, greeting customers and pushing out orders all while keeping a positive attitude. The store was inviting and clean. I was appalled when I overheard two other female employees near the cash register having a loud conversation and laughing as this man did all the work.
My order was correct and ready before my scheduled time.

It’s always an amazing experience coming here to enjoy my lunch or dinner. Food’s always made fresh, in a timely manner, and taste amazing. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help or answer any questions I have on the menu. The restaurant itself is always very clean with great seating options inside & out. Will certainly continue coming to this location again and again. Shout out to Dan the GM, who is always here helping his staff and making sure this establishment is running perfectly.
