WHAT THE HECK IS THIS? PICKED IT UP AND EVERYTHING FELL OUT. WASTE OF 20 BUCKS. HALF THE MEATS COLD WHEN THEY TOASTED THE SANDWICH. THE ITALIAN DRESSING IS DRIPPING OUT EVERYWHERE AND MADE THE WHOLE THING SOGGY. I SAID NO ONIONS AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW. YOUR STAFF SHOULD BE MORE CAREFUL CAUSE I COULD HAVE BEEN ALLERGIC AND BE ON THE WAY TO A HOSPITAL. THE WHOLE THING WAS NASTY AND TASTED LIKE TRASH WHICH WHERE IT IS NOW. I WONT BE GOING BACK AND I DON’T SUGGEST ANYONE TO EVEN GO HERE. SUPER WEIRD VIBES FROM YOUR STAFF AS WELL. LOOKING LIKE THEY HAD SOMETHING BETTER TO DO WHICH CLEARLY SHOWS IN THE CARELESSNESS MAKING THE SUB. ONLY FIREHOUSE THIS HAS HAPPENED AT.

I placed a delivery order directly on the Firehouse subs webpage for 8 people for delivery (work meeting). There was 1 sandwich missing and no salad dressing. Essentially 2 people in the meeting didn’t get lunch. I called the restaurant. They said “sorry, but you can come get the missing items”. The purpose of delivery was because I couldn’t come to pick it up. They didn’t care. So 2 people got to watch the others eat. First and last time ordering from here.

So slow!!!!
The food was good, but it took over 20 mins to get two subs. The staff was nice, but the store could use some cleaning. They do have some chairs and tables outside which is nice.
I would recommend going down the road to the next location.

Firehouse has great food at great prices.
The menu has a great variety of unique sandwiches. The Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich is the best.
They even have amazing gluten-free bread.
Room for improvement? The service was so slow it tested everyone’s patience.

Phenomenal service from the two guys working today, they were polite and very quick making the food. I love all the options and customization options for the sandwiches. Today’s meal was outstanding, prepared exactly as we requested and the ingredients all tasted fresh. We will definitely return to this location

Me and my partner went to firehouse for the first time ever, and we will simply never be going back. The atmosphere was great. Every customer there seemed happy and seemed like a great place to eat at. Wrong. The menu is atrocious. You get about three options and that’s about it. I had no idea what I could even get and after I asked what they have they told me that it’s all on the menu. I’m assuming you can get more than onion mushroom mustard and green peppers but maybe not. So I ordered a cold sub with just green pepper and turkey. I’m already disappointed because I wanted a sub, not two ingredients in between bread but whatever. We get the sandwiches on we go on our way home. We soon find out that despite both ordering cold subs, we both got hot subs, and they put every single ingredient on my sub. I’m allergic to onion so not only was it the most disappointing lunch, it was also a health panic. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I will never be recommending or getting fire house subs ever again, I’ll just go to Jersey Mike’s where I can at least know what I’m able to get on my sub without even having to ask.

Spent $5.29 on this mac and cheese.
Already a pretty unreasonable price just to be dealt this tiny cup of mac and cheese. I don’t know if the guy serving me didn’t like me but, will not be ordering from here again.
I understand inflation is getting out of control but don’t charge double and give half. That’s bad business.
