The hook and ladder sub tasted much better than the same type of sub at the other place I used to go to. The manager was extremely helpful with helping me place my online order and entering my promo code, which I totally messed up. He was busy and I appreciate him taking the time to help place my order.

The two employees that were on shift should have had supervision. They could not answer any questions, did not attempt to answer any questions, did not offer to try to get answers to our questions and moved with no sense of urgency. The female shuffled back and forth as if she had no concern how long it took to prepare our order. The food, however, was delicious and we will eat here again just hopefully there will be a responsible adult working at the time

This has never happened and I know for sure they were short. However, the system they had was not working. With that being said, my mother and I waited 1.5 hours and as they fell more and more behind, they continued to work the register instead of make subs. Definitely not the smarted decision. THEN I got my sub and it had disgusting mayonnaise on it. The young kid with black hair wasn’t helping the lady. Then he disappeared to the bathroom and never returned. Never again

Stopped in for lunch with the wife while we were in the area for a car show. Food was great as always and the dinning area and restrooms were clean. Employees were polite and friendly.

This would be a great place to open up a sub shop! This is the third time I have stopped in here and they have not had the ingredients for the Thanksgiving turkey sub whoever manages this shop should be demoted to floor mopper and let somebody else take care of the inventory!

Barely any meat at all. For a $12 8″ sandwich… this was absolutely pitiful. I’d rather you raise your prices again rather than letting quality fall to this degree. This used to be a great firehouse location… but my last visit in January was poor, and unfortunately it hasn’t changed. I doubt I’ll ever be back.

None of the employees were friendly or smiling. The sandwich bread was stale, employee didn’t follow directions on how the sandwich should be prepared, despite being told 3 times, the restroom was not clean. Just a bad vibe. Won’t go back.

Asked for extra meat on the brisket and cheddar couldn’t figure our how to charge me for it. Then asked for a tip for Taking my order. The sandwich, which used to be amazing, is now cold fatty bullocks with overpowering artificial smoke flavor. There was so little meat on the sandwich. I just wonder if this is all firehouse subs. So stupid. Tried again ordered double meat brisket medium sub since I’ve had sooo many amazing brisket subs at other firehouse subs in the past. Last weekend my wife and I stopped in and what a great experience. Super friendly guy taking orders and the employees making food and slicing meats were working so hard. It took a few minutes for food and it was perfect quality. Glad they brought back the hot sauce bar! It’s fun to try them all!

This location hates firefighters I guess. As a firefighter I love firehouse subs. I eat there almost daily. I’m on vaca and ordered an hour ago online and not only did they not add the bacon I paid extra for but they literally just threw the meat on the bread and sent it out. It was not steamed and it was only on half the sub. They put half the amount of meat the other locations world wide put. It’s a sorry excuse for a firehouse subs. If I eat here again I’ll make sure I’m in person so I can speak to the manager if they do this crap again. What’s worse is this was a friends first time having it. Such a sad location.
