The restaurant inside was not crowded. The staff was attentive and courteous. The food seemed a bit “off” this time around. For example, the steak and cheese wasn’t hot at all and the steak was a bit thick and chewy and sections of the sandwich had no meat or cheese on it. The table was clean and I noticed they kept restocking the chips which is good. The soda machine seemed to have out more seltzer or something then flavor on the creme soda. I try to hit a Firehouse a few times a month as they always deliver a great sandwich. Today’s was exceptionally good, but beyond that the staff always greets you and smiles. Bianca was especially pleasant this evening. Keep it up team!
