I had a baby last week and was looking forward to my first Firehouse sub in 9 months. I ordered a turkey and provolone sub with cucumbers, banana peppers, and green bell peppers in addition to the tomatoes, lettuce and onions that normally come on the turkey sub. My dad picked up the order and brought it to the hospital. When I opened it, I was so disappointed to see that the only toppings on it were lettuce, tomato, olives and chopped pickles (?). The order was completely wrong. I’m so disappointed with this experience especially given how long I waited for this sub during pregnancy. I reached out to Firehouse via their website last week and was told that I’d hear from the store directly. I still haven’t heard anything. I either want my money refunded or a new turkey sub. Long time Firehouse customer- very disappointed.

I placed an order with 2 subs and had add-ons. 1 medium hook and ladder add cucumbers, salt and pepper. 1 medium Italian add jalapenos. I arrived picked up my order and drove back home. Once I got home I realized my subs weren’t made properly. So I then called the store, it took multiple attempts to get through with someone. Eventually once someone answered I explained the situation. She then told me in order to get a refund or have it remade I would have to bring in my subs the following day, since they were closing soon. I find that ridiculous for one YALL MESSED up MY SUBS. For two you EXPECT me to have the availability to be able to come back the following day. Overall VERY RUDE TERRIBLE customer service. Food is MID ANYWAYS. Do BETTER as a company!!!

For dinner I ran down the road about a mile on Rt17 South to Firehouse Subs. I purchased a Medium Sz Hook & Ladder Sub which is Turkey & Ham w light mayo lettuce onions & tomato on white roll to share with Tony Vanoy
I only ate the meat and cheese off mine plus the dill pickle wedge. The bread is too high in carbs and calories for me. Tony loved his half!

Showed up only to be told they only accept online orders, and could not place one so I guess no sandwich for me. The workers just don’t feel like making anything after 8pm so if it’s close to close, forget it.

Against my better judgment I place an order and pay. Wait and wait and wait…. Long wait, folks piling up.

These people cant be this stupid….. Two “Hook and Ladders” that was just delivered to me through Grubhub. Imagine 30$ for 4 pieces of bread and two pickle spears…. This is inexcusable and really shows the level of common sense some people use.
