First time here and absolutely loved their sandwiches. My husband got the pepperoni pizza meatball sub and I got the club on a sub with garlic butter. We both fully enjoyed our own and each others. Love the sweet tea and especially their sparkling cherry limeade. Cookies were delicious, I would definitely get them again with my meal- love the double chocolate. Service was kind and welcoming. Sandwiches were made well and hit the spot.

Picked up dinner for 4 people. This restaurant is so dirty on the inside. If the front of the house is that visibly dirty I can’t imagine how dirty it is behind the scenes. I ordered a bowl of potato soup and what I got looked like mashed potatoes. It was so mushy and gross. I have order potato soup from several Firehouse Subs and my soup has never looked like that. You would think for the price they would have better food quality.

I order from this firehouse through the firehouse sub app. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I called the delivery driver four times he never answered fifth time. He finally picked up and said he dropped it off where the arrow pointed to which was not even my house getting in touch through somebody at the firehouse app is ridiculousso I called the store. They said oh we can’t do anything so I drove all the way up here to order my food again and pay again. I’m disputing the delivery charges with my bank after finally talking into the delivery driver he didn’t care and neither did the store
Ordered o line again at less they delivered it to the right house this time but forgot my soda gave me chips and not fries missing my extra pickle… got a small fire not a large frie I gave them a 2nd chance and they failed.

Lola is absolutely wonderful! Her customer service was top-notch! She was friendly, welcoming, and truly cared about my service! On top of that, her sandwich-making skills are amazing! It was delicious and put together with real care. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it truly shows. Will be returning!

I still stand by my earlier post that the staff at Firehouse Subs really SHOULD SMILE. They may never know how their smiles helped a person’s day be a little better!
My sub, the Firehouse Steak and cheese sub, was delicious. I gave them 5 stars for taste and presentation. Three stars for service. Most of the staff didn’t even look up when I entered, and they still had their heads down or were chatting it up with about 2-3 staff members when I walked out the door.

Pleasantly surprised by how courteous the staff was. It’s refreshing when you visit two different locations and get the same service. The food was super tasty. I appreciate that the bread though toasted is soft and that there is plenty of toppings. Both my other half and I enjoyed our visit. Either this location or orange park, we’ll be back.

I love Firehouse Subs. We’ve never had an issue with anything…always wonderful food & great service. Today I ordered a side salad & unfortunately it was the most horrible salad I’ve had from an establishment. As you can see, the lettuce is slimy & brown, & looks like it may have even been frozen at some point. I hate to complain, but for 5 bucks you’d expect a little fresher & better quality. Our subs were good as usual though.

I ordered the Jaguar special bogo online both sandwiches came with honey ham and turkey and one came with bacon I asked for honey mustard oil salt and pepper when I tell you both sandwiches was running with honey mustard the bottom bread was totally soaked I had to throw the bread out and the lettuce because they put the lettuce on the bottom bread it was all totally soaked and wet that is something I hate wet bread I asked for extra lettuce not extra honey mustard both of these sandwiches were ruined whoever made these sandwiches needs a new job this is ridiculous some people like sloppy wet and nasty sandwiches not me this makes no sense at all…. talking about being frustrated yeah!!!!….they even forgot to put the pickle spear with the order both sandwiches had none.
