Extremely slow service, I waited 15 min for a single to-go sandwich. I’ve been served faster at a sit down restaurant. If you’re in a hurry, pick another sandwich shop or restaurant entirely! I thought the lobby being busy was a good sign-it was actually a sign of everyone waiting a long time for their orders. I definitely won’t be back.

Great sandwich! One of the better subs I’ve came across. The meatball and sauce are great especially with the cheese melted on top. I added jalapeño’s caramelized onions and green peppers, it definitely made the sub!

Ordered online and went in store and sat down and watched employee at register clean and cut his nails with a box cutter and proceeded to make food without washing his hands. Made me and my wife uncomfortable about the food we were getting. Everything else was fine but totally unacceptable actions by employee.

Bought 6 subs. One had so much mayo it was disgusting. Went back to shop and as they saw me park, they closed the door. I won’t spend anymore money at this location. It’s my first bad experience at a firehouse.

This location is Awesome Always walk into”Hello&welcome to Firehouse”! The employees are very friendly&even chat with you while making your Subs.The atmosphere is very energetic.I’ve saved the Best for last when I say the subs are absolutely Fantastic!! Placed an online order here after a workout — I got the “Hook and Ladder” hoagie. MAN! Let’s just say this place puts the “fire” in these sandwiches. Their sauce mixture on this sandwich brought everything together. Everything was fresh, warm, and ready for pickup when I walked in the doors. Will definitely be back.
