The service was horrible. I placed my order at 12pm and had to go to the counter and ask about my order. The order had been sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes no one called my name even acknowledged that I ordered before several customers that had gotten their orders and left. This is one time I think color had a place here. Then when the guy asked me if I wanted the order that was sitting in the window for 20 minutes and people had been reaching over it, I was just too out done. The manager sucked she didn’t offer me a remade sandwich or anything. I just asked for my money back then she tried to charge me for the pop that I ordered. I told her she can have the soda because I no longer wanted anything from firehouse subs. Wasted my entire lunch break.

The sub we had was we had two subs they were absolutely delicious I had a bag of chips that were outdated and were stale but other than that it was a great place and would definitely go back there again

I wouldn’t stop here again if I had to, SUPER SLOW SERVICE and disrespectful employees!! GO ELSEWHERE!! I stopped on a Saturday I was on a schedule since I was working, there was maybe 9 customers in the store and one in the drive thru I personally was in the store 30 minutes after ordering and I think in that time they finished 2 orders one customer stated his frustration which I don’t blame him as he was on a schedule and the EMPLOYEE started yelling at the customer, after waiting 30 minutes I still didn’t have my order I had to get back to work and honestly didn’t feel like dealing with the disrespectful staff at the time so I reached out the next day for a refund talked to the manager that was on he was also disrespectful so now I will be calling the store manager/owner to get my refund!!

Firehouse Subs has become my favorite sub shop! Loaded with meat and fresh ingredients specifically made for you in 3 sizes and affordable. It just tastes so much better than anywhere else. Plus, I love that funds go to local nonprofits!

Literally 4 people working and it took almost 30 minutes to get our 2 subs. I have never seen people work so unenthusiastically in my life. No manager in sight; at least that I could see. On the rare occasion I decide to give this store another chance I leave irritated and disappointed.

First Time at a Firehouse.We went inside, it was busy and expect to wait and receive our sandwiches. We ate inside and the sandwiches were brought out to us. The management was polite and prompt when we needed help. Family Friendly! The Chicken and Italian sandwiches were fresh.
